The assistance I got from your staff member Charity was exceptional
Your air-conditioning wasn't working properly hence I had to be moved to the other room in the middle of the night
I'd appreciate if you can have disposable laundry bag that can assist us as guests to pack dirty laundry on our luggages

Everytime We Took A Shower,They'll Be Water Running Out From The Bathroom To Our Room(Under The Tiles).

The Pool Was Empty & We Were Not Told Anything.

The entrance to the hotel IS BAD and not clean. No clear signs from the main road showing the entrance. The shower door not closing properly and mosquitoes
