my friends and i stayed here during the harry styles concert and we appreciated how close the hotel is to the train station that could get us to olympic park. the staff weren't too friendly but they were helpful enough with our requests. we got water bottles and towels during check in and the beds were big, clean, tidy and comfy. the room had bedside plug points for charging and iron/ironing board if that matters for u

one of the windows in our room was broken which was kinda sketchy but it was whatever. there were no elevators so we had to lug our suitcases up to the rooms. one of the workers helped us with the biggest luggage among the three of us but the rest of us had to bring up the luggage ourselves. and during check out we had to bring it down the flight of stairs ourselves too. the downstairs area is a pub and there arent really any convenience stores or supermarkets around . theres two showers on the floor we stayed at and by the time i took a shower, it was always wet with towels on the floor, hair clogging up the drain + a full trashcan. although i dont think thats the fault of the property, just other inconsiderate residents.

easy to find, great spot for restaurants, cafes and public transport. room was neat, clean, comfortable, with plenty of room. wifi was available throughout the whole hotel, power points have usb ports (bonus), air con and fridge were really cold and were welcome during Sydney's hotter months.

only negative is that upstairs was noisier than I had anticipated, i.e. closing of doors, people walking through the hallways, guests enjoying their stay (we can't hear their conversations but you know they're awake and active). yes you can hear the patrons in the pub downstairs (which wasn't a surprise, for obvious reasons) but come 11pm most of these sounds had decreased or stopped completely
