Me encanto las habitaciones, todo está cerca, los niños la pasa de maravillas, la atención en el bufet y los restaurantes excelente, quede encantada
No varían el bufet, todos los días ponen el mismo desayuno, la misma comida y la misma cena.
Muchas cosas de la que ponen en la comida la ponen para la cena y casi nada de marisco, y poco camarones, cuando digo poco es poco.
El snak lo ponen muy tarde y tampoco hay mucha variedad, las papas casi siempre fría
Cobran mucho por jugar en los bolos y el spa ni se diga

La ubicación y la atención del personal.
Buenas instalaciones en general (habitaciones, restaurantes y piscinas)
La comida bien variada y se entiende que al ser buffet, se pierde un poco la calidad, pero es suficiente
La puerta del baño del WC no debe ser de vidrio templado.
Mejorar la calidad de los licores en los diferentes bares. Si bien es barra libre, la calidad está muy por debajo de un hotel 5 estrellas.
Mejorar la limpieza de las líneas de cervezas. En cada bar si bien era la misma cerveza, en todas tenía un sabor diferente y en algunos ácida.
Poner otro sector de retiro y entrega de toallas.
Mas variedad en los espectáculos de niños y adultos
Deben regular la insistencia del personal para optar a la membresía. El primer desayuno que tuvimos, lo compartimos con una persona que no conocíamos y prácticamente perdimos la mañana con toda la presentación

The play/water park area for the kids was fun for my daughter. And the regular pools were nice.
Most of the staff were so not friendly. The rooms were not really clean or kept nice.

I liked everything it was even better then the first time we came to this resort which in my personal experience doesn't happen often as a matter of fact I don't recall that ever happening with other resorts, we will be coming back next year with friends

Quiet clean lots of shows kids area feels very secluded and private kids had a very good time
Shows should start much earlier and they should have more train rides or at least more organized the internet should be way better for a resort that advertises that internet is included. More availability in the reservation restaurants would be a plus

The buffet food was terrible and there was often no capacity at the a la carts restaurants. The alcohol served was really cheap - probably the worst cocktails I’ve ever had!! Most staff just don’t seem to care (reception/restaurant/bar) and as a same sex couple, we often felt overlooked or ignored. Finally, we had to request cleaning every day that we were there

Kids club - noone speaks English so can't leave my kids even for a moment, ladies were browsing their phones rather than playing with kids, 0 interest from them or simply conversation, bed sheets and pillows smell damp, room service very poor, noone speaks proper English

we loved the path from the reception to the restaurant, with small ponds full of turtles and birds, also a couple of iguanas
the window in our bedroom was leaking and rain water was flooding the floor near the bed. but since it only rained once, it didn't bother us much.

I like the different pool options. I also like the various activities for kids. Most of the staff members were very friendly. the checking process was supper fast it made us very happy.
I think the room can be cleaned better; some sheets had stains on them. I also think the staff in the children's center should be more friendly with the children.

The place it's very big its a lot to do. The train run 24 hours so you don't have to walk back to the room. The buffet has a lot of different food varieties.
At 1 pool the bar attendant was rude and don't know how to talk to people. Always complaining about something. One of the pool was very dirty it had one side with green on it even a cup was turning green. The reservation to the restaurant good luck with that you could get a reservation for the week that you are gone. I was able to get 1 to the dominicano at 9 something at night. Also when its time to check out you have to carry your luggage down.

The resort is clean and great pools and rooms
There is a company active in the resort the royal holidays. They pressure you to sign a membership of thousands of dollars! They offered us a membership of 20.000 dollars that we can pay in several years. The salespersons are very pushy and agressive in their sales! Dont sign anything! Its a total scam. They approach you with joining a sales presentation. Do not go!!!! Read the reviews in google about them a total scam!!!

Pretty much everything, rooms were a bit small but still really comfortable, food was great lots of options (Love That) loved the pool for kids my daughter was a bit scare of it it's only 2 years old she will love it next year when we go again for sure.

Made great memories with friends and had a good time. Property was clean, well maintained. The food was fresh and had variety. Had variety of activities for kids, mini put, bowling, indoor playground, water slides for children.
Room service was not consistent. Rooms weren’t always cleaned at the end of the day.
Restaurants were average, food seemed similar to buffet.
overall service was friendly but majority lacked attention to customer satisfaction. some
more seasoned staff helped make the difference, but more training required.
The pool water was not always clean, made skin rashy.
The beach property had a lot of sargassum compared to the rest of the properties which were cleaned, even the water was cleaner in other Princess Bávaro property.

The water park
for the kids was great
- Bad customer service (and it was not a language barrier as my native language is Spanish)
- Not diligent at cleaning the rooms (it was hit and Miss they will go to clean our room), neither the tables at the buffet
- The food at most of the restaurants looked and tasted like we were eating at the buffet
- The beach area was not clean
