Just the location

Several times the cutlery for breakfast was dirty. Table cloth in breakfast room unclean, on September 9th no white bread for breakfast. I claimed in written including the dirty cutlery and did not even on departure an answer or apologize. Carpets under the beds not vacuum cleaned for long. Emergency exit from our floor not only not marked with luminous strips but carpeted. In case of a fire the emergency exit is utmost unsafe as a fire will overlap to the carpet. All in all the hotel is not recomemded.

Excellent location, fulfilling breakfast, clean rooms.

It’s a minor thing that maybe can be fixed. When we turn off the ceiling light, another subtle sort of night light turns on. They should deactivate that as there are people who need total darkness to fall asleep.

The rug looks dirty,like it has never been clean. The desk and side bedroom tables need to be change. They are old and deteriorated.

The bathroom door locket and we could not open it and my partner was inside. The carpet was ugly and stained

carpet in rooms and ACs very old, could easily be replaced and it will improve the hotel comfort by a lot, also a small gym where the old conference rooms are will give you an undisputed 4 stars

Located within the shopping area of Recoleta, so a good place to explore. Breakfast was also good. Room was spacious and comfy.

Misunderstanding with payment where you can only get the 21% tax free with a foreign credit card, not with a foreign debit card, despite what was mentioned on the website when booking the room.

Location and staff. Breakfast was fairly OK.

Worn down hotel with interior from 70-80s Old dirty carpets, no air-conditioning in room in a hot city. No complementary water in room. Mattress too hard for my taste. This is not a 4 star hotel by any standard.

Location and very spacious bathroom

Room had a very old and dirty carpet, air conditiner was too noisy and didn’t work propriely, the spring mattress had an spring broke what was really unconfortable.

The property is well located.

The property is very old and dirty. At check out they tried to charge me almost one night more than the Booking price, using several crumbling excuses.

Some employees are nice. The location was great and the room was big.

The breakfast experience was not good. The food was not replaced and the employees from the restaurant didn't want to work. Everything was an huge effort to do.

The location its exelent. Breakfast its very complete and good quality. All rooms have airconditioning. A will stay in this hotel again without a doubt.
