Communication with property manager fantastic….especially when I needed an extra night after mistakenly not booking a long enough stay….they were prompt in communication with me and saved the day!

The house was central to everything we wanted to do in Waco. It is 6 minutes from Magnolia, the zoo, Baylor, Heritage Creamery, Slow Rise pizza, and the Dr. pepper museum. A great number of food options and ice cream shops about the same distance. Plenty of space at the home for 4 adults. There was a bunk bed, but we never had to use it. Am overall good experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is tastefully decorated and had the amenities we needed for our stay. It was exactly what we expected, and we were pleased.

I'm sorry but you asked. 1. Driving up house looked abandoned. Lawn not mowed shrubbery overgrown. 2. Kitchen hot water is a mere dribble after waiting 15 minutes. Issues with the faucet need addressing. No dish drain rack or rubber mat. One small dish towel for the week. 3.Two gunshots in the neighborhood at 4;00 in the afternoon. Not fireworks. .22 caliber. 4.Traffic noise is unbelievable day and all night. 5. One small hotel soap bar is inadequate for a week stay. Not enough bath towels for a week. 6. Front bed is queen, sheets are king, blankets are twin size. Really? Back bed needs a step to get in as it's really that high. I usually don't complain but prospective guests need to be aware of the issues with 2419 Washington home. 6. Needs all new water lines and a new furnace filter in the ceiling.

Villa Stay is communicative and responsive to needs. We recommend booking this property through another source and not through this site.

The house was comfortable and close to most things we wanted to do. The problem for me was an extreme deodorizing smell that triggered my allergies. After it faded there was a bit of a sewer smell. The allergies made my overall trip less enjoyable. If a person doesn’t battle allergies I am sure they would be fine.

We traveled to Waco for a girls’ trip over the weekend and the house was great! The house was the perfect size for 4 of us to relax and unwind. The house was within a few minutes of driving distance to everything in Waco. The property managers were very communicative and made sure we had what we needed daily. I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as pictured. Everything was updated and clean, the host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was close to the Magnolia silos and other shopping. Would highly recommend!

Uptown Tudor-we were so appreciative of the wonderful air conditioning at the house with temperatures in the 100’s the whole time we were there. The house was always comfortable to come back to at the end of a long day being out and about. We appreciated the space the house offered with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms along with kitchen, living room and dining room. Loved the fluffy absorbent bath towels and extra supplies of toothbrushes, etc. The host was very prompt at replying to our questions during our stay. There’s great coffee shop just 2 blocks away or its a relaxing 30 minute walk to the Magnolia Press, so convenient location for those wanting to visit The Silo district.

Traveled here on a short road trip with friends. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood although a retail shop is located across the street. We had issues with the half bath door that locks too easily when closed and is very hard to open. Water pressure in the half bath was very, very low.

Property was clean . Communication was easy and clear with property manager. Access to property was easy upon arrival as well as check out leaving the property. Location was within driving distance to the downtown and magnolia silos area. We enjoyed the stay!

The house was bigger and more adorable than the pictures. We loved the location- super easy to get to Magnolia in 6 minutes. Lots of fun antique shops and too much amazing food to even get to. The owners were so thoughtful and communicated great with us. No problems! very pleased.
