The interior was very new and had good amenities.

The property was listed as Apartments Hanmer Springs but it actually is the Hanmer Springs Top10 Holiday Park. That's false advertising. There were campervans around the apartment and you'd need to go to the Top10 reception for the key and any enquiries. Staff at reception was not acknowledging this fact despite the outright discrepancy. The apartment was also not ready by the 2pm check in time.

Modern spacious apartment. Clean and very comfortable in every way. Own carpark deck and BBQ. Quiet location close to village centre.

Great place to stay. They haven't skimped out on anything with these apartments. Showers, rooms to the furnishing, spot on! Would definitely stay again.

Can't fault it. All round good experience.

Awesome stay! We stayed for a girls trip and it was amazing. The rooms were all decorated so nicely, the beds were massive and exceptionally comfortable. The features of the property were awesome. We loved the gas fire, the heat pump, Bluetooth sound and the TV were all amazing. Lovely clean space, very modern and bathrooms were also amazing. Staff were exceptional and kind. The manager seemed to be very proud of his team and how they would look after us which was such a nice attitude and really welcomed us to the property. Location was nice and close only a few min drive to the centre of town. Such a perfect location for such a good price! Couldn’t fault!

Only minor downfall was that the shower pressure wasn’t that great, not a big deal though as all other aspects of the property were perfect.

Beautiful quality chalets, everything has been well thought out - apart from no washing machine or dryer in chalet, only let down really. Amazing shower, 2 loos thankfully. They call these apartments but they're not, they're stunning chalets. Nice and warm and superb fittings and fixtures, great wifi and easy to use TV and apps. The chalets are rougly a car apart, but you can park right next to your chalet. Arrived when Canterbury flooding was happening, and Hamner Springs was also very wet but the chalet was warm and toasty. We loved our stay thanks

The pictures used on the website did not show the lack of view. All we had to look at was an old caravan,a bit of grass and a tin fence.

The apartment was luxurious. Everything was supplied so all we needed was clothing . Definitely well worth it . Will be my go to in hanmer
