We had a wonderful stay. It is hard to find a home that fits all of us perfectly. It was nice to have a bed for everyone. Very comfortable, clean home, everything we needed for a great stay. Perfect location when visiting Liberty. We would love to stay here on our next visit to Lynchburg.

My family just stayed here for the weekend. We came in town for a family gathering. I have a family of 8, and we were very comfortable. It looked just like the pictures. Everything was very clean, and the location is very convenient to a lot of shopping and dining options. Overall it was a great stay.

We stayed here during a camp being held at Liberty. We really enjoyed our stay and will book here each time we visit.

We chose this home because the location was super close to Liberty University. The decor of the home was cute and our bedding and linens smelled super fresh! Surface level the home was clean, but since it is an older home there multiple spider webs in the corners of the ceiling and corners of the baseboards as well as some creeper crawlers. I would definitely recommend an exterminator as we encountered multiple bugs in the home within a couple hours of arriving. The foyer and upstairs bathroom have a musty smell and some lamps/ light fixtures did not work. I suggest getting someone into the home to do a deeper cleaning and inspection to take care of some of these issues. All and all it’s a cute home and it served it’s purpose for our needs of sleeping and showering.

The Grove was exactly what we saw online and made us want to stay there. It was a quiet neighborhood and perfect location for anything to do with Liberty. The host was great with communication and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

My family of 9 were very comfortable during our stay. We didn't use the kitchen much, as we had our meals with extended family in their homes. We showered and slept and used the laundry room a lot because of all the red clay. :-) Overall, it was a really good experience. All the children slept very comfortably.

Great location. Needs some TLC…several lightbulbs missing or lamps that don’t work. Beehive under the front porch so be careful! Cute decor just needs some surface care

My family had a great stay at the Grove! The house was lovely with tons of amenities and the hosts were very responsive to questions. I highly recommend staying here!

Nice neighborhood, house had everything we needed. Thanks to John and Lisa for getting us in early so we could make our tournament on time.

The house is very nice with a kitchen well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are nice and clean with only one shower but jacuzzi tub makes up for it. The No shoes policy is tough for those with foot pain on hard floors. The quiet neighborhood and close to the stores and Liberty University is great. We would stay here again for sure!

We felt like we were at home! The home is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a quiet, peaceful street. We even had deer in the backyard in the evening.

**Please put in your description that as soon as you walk in the front door that there is immediately a staircase that goes down. This was almost detrimental as I was holding an infant and walking in the door exhausted from a long ride** The property itself was beautiful and the neighborhood was in the perfect location. The inside of the house left something desired though. VERY strong musty odor as soon as you walked in. Almost didn’t stay at the property due to this. The house was not cleaned as the previous reviews. There was mold growing on the inside of the keurig. The jets in the tub were extremely dirty. I do appreciate the use of the home but perhaps a deeper clean would be needed for future renters.

We stayed here for our son's wedding happening about 15 minutes away. Plenty of space for teens to spread out and the groomsmen all got dressed here too! Overall a great experience for our family!

The outside of the property is a bit off putting because the inside is new and updated. Our air conditioning was out the night we got there in the lower level which was a huge bummer because it was 90 degrees and very humid!!! The manager did respond but couldn’t get anyone out until the next morning. The air conditioner then quit working a second time so this was kind of a hassle. The unit is spacious and close to Liberty University which is why we picked it. Good stay just not great with the air problems.

Wow!! Our daughter, her husband, my hubby and I really fell in love with this property. We were there for a few days to attend our grandson's graduation from Liberty University. It took us about five minutes to drive to the campus. Great. The house made us feel right at home. It was clean, very well decorated, and well furnished. Beds were so comfortable. Outdoor landscape is pretty and we grilled a couple times on the outdoor grill. It was just a wonderful stay. No complaints! We would stay again if we ever return to the area.

My wife and I and our 3 boys (ages 5, 3, and 1) had an awesome stay at The Grove. Clean, welcoming, plenty of space and bedrooms. The two full bathrooms and washer and dryer were great too. A true home away from home with all the emenities you need. The kitchen with large island connected to the living room area is perfect for multiple families to get together.

We wanted to visit Liberty University and this house was close. The owner was quick to interact when we had questions. Two families stayed here together and we had plenty of room. There were 4 bedrooms and a large sofa in the downstairs. We would stay here again if we had a group large enough.

We so enjoyed our stay there and I hope to return.

Loved our stay. It is a beautiful home. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Extremely bad smell of mold mildew from front room because ac was not on once I turned ac on then the smell went throughout the house and everyone's chest started hurting so we decided to abandoned house and get a hotel room. Still waiting on my refund witch will probably never happen I've left several messages with the property owner and no response.

This house worked well for our family of six. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property manager was helpful and prompt with her reply when I had a question. We enjoyed our time in Lynchburg!
