The place was very convenient for my family and I

It's basically a small apartment with fridge, stove, dishwasher. Very practical. The nearest grocery store we found was Willy:s Arninge about 1.2km away.

We arrived on an exceptional hot day 30c full sun... The room was really warm with no airco. On the loft there was an air vent blowing cooler air which was nice for sleeping in the loft, but on the ground floor it was really warm still. We also still found a plastic bottle under the couch from a previous customer.

Too impersonal, not enough information, you need a restaurant or cafe on site. We could not access the Easy Park parking app, and when we contacted them via the assigned number - their office was closed, there was no one at reception all weekend to assist. We felt extremely vulnerable with no way of accessing any information or support. I understand the thinking behind this accommodation BUT it is too impersonal AND no one told us prior to our stay that the restaurant was not open!! We booked especially as it had that facility. We travelled from the UK for a family christening and aimed to use the accommodation as our base. It felt too impersonal and it was actually quite dirty. Lots of used crockery left on tables which we assumed were staffs.

Good size room , kitchen had all you need. Room was good size. Clean.

No soaps or shampoos , no shops near by (not even small kiosk) the restaurant next door wasn't open either of the days we stayed. Central of Täby is about 20min away by bus, if you arrive late at night buy some snacks etc from the airport as even the food delivery app (wolt = swedish deliveroo) didn't delivery in that are. I think this place is good if you have a car with you.

I liked that it was a fully equipped kitchen. Microwave, dishwasher and a good sized fridge. You have a good amount of storage in the room. The beds were comfortable.

On arrival there was no staff in reception, i tried to check in myself but my booking reference was not found. There is a phone to use if you have problems and on second try someone answered and i was checked in really fast and easy. You have to pay for parking, i parked 12 hrs and got charged 60 KR. It should be free for hotel guests. The room was very warm and only one window was openable. No A/C or fan in room. The tv did not have any channels. Netflix, YouTube and cast from your phone it does have.

Hard to do grocery shopping without a car

The lovely and clean apartment with the equipped kitchen including the dishwasher, the microwave and the refrigerator. Weekly cleaning and bed linen, towels сhanging. Wi-Fi, TV. Laundry room. The gym Fitness24seven is free for guests. Located in the hotel’s lobby area is restaurant Triften, where you can buy a breakfast, Self check-in at the hotel! You will receive a message with detailed instructions.

Exceptionally clean, easy to access, great location with family 5 minutes’ walk away, well-equipped kitchenette, quiet.

Only two adults allowed to stay with two children, even though the bunk beds can accommodate 100kg each!

Clean and Fresh room, bit off location but not an issues with car.

Reception was closed and also self- checking in system was down so we couldnt check in to out room. Thats might happen but it was rather disappointing to see that it was impossible to get some help to solve this issue. Finally we got some help and could check in after calling to every available number. We were not the only guest that couldnt get in! As said, Nice and Fresh rooms but not sure if i would recommend this location around holidays/ red days. Also noted that day after self checking system was still down so would expect several people to face issue.
