Frankly speaking, there weren't as many positive things in this hotel. But, I want to pay attention to the really lovely location and easy getting to/from the airport. So, this hotel is located very close to the subway station and the bus station. Also, close to the hotel, you can find a cute park, where you can take a rest. And there are lots of cafes and restaurants, where you can taste delicious meals (I've attached photos of one of them, they prepare really tasty salads!).

1) Our room was located inside, there were no windows in it. But, in addition to everything, it also lacked a ventilation and air conditioning system. That is, initially the hotel doesn't think about the fact that people need to breathe. The hotel management referred to the breakdown of the ventilation system, and most days of my staying there I just suffocated in my room. After, finally, they repaired the central ventilation system, but it was SOOOOO DAMN COLD! I've asked reception about the help, but they said to me, that they can't do anything for me, because it's a central system. Maybe, just to give an additional blanket. 2) There are cockroaches in the rooms. They come through the shower drain located on the floor and can visit your room at night (photo attached). 3) Near the entrance to the hotel there is an eternal ashtray. Because there is no regular ashtray there, people prefer to put their cigarette butts in a flowerpot near the entrance. For the personnel of the hotel, this fact doesn't matter (photo attached). 4) Almost complete absence of lactose-free food and drinks for breakfast. It is so small quantity that if it is designed for only one person. 5) In my opinion, the inner rooms need a little renovation. The ceiling condition in the rooms doesn`t match the name Best Western Hotel.

Stayed in a single room without window. Have read here that some guests didn't like the small "window" that let some light in from the hallway but I actually liked it, it made the room feel less like a bunker

Wifi kept not working properly (it continually interfered with my WhatsApp for example). Not much veggie options for breakfast and very little fruit on offer.

The location was great, within walking distance to the waterfront, many parks and very accessible by public transport. Breakfast was good, and the room nice and clean.

We booked a room for 3 people, but were confused when we arrived in the room and there were beds, towels, and glasses for only 2 people. We asked at reception and we had to look inside of the couch to find the extra set of bedding and towel and make the bed ourselves. I would suggest to prepare the room ahead of time for the number of guests staying in the room.

Many options for breakfast. The room and bathroom were confy and nice. The location was great, with metro station close by and 20 mins walk from the city center.

For breakfast, it would be nice to have espresso coffee, some kind of nutela and more fruits. The lack of windows in the room was a bit weird.

the entire staff is beautiful and friendly

in this hotel the windows have been permanently closed. if your partner sneezes (or does something worse) you can't open the window. the friendly staff gave us a handle to open the window, but only because I asked for it.

Room was a bit small but it did have a bathroom.

Very good location with easy access to the subway, key bus lines. The Arlanda Express bus also stops very close by, which makes getting there from the airport a breeze. The hotel is a good choice if you are looking for a clean simple place to stay with no special luxury (SPA, pool, bar, restaurant,...).

The breakfast is great, but a bit understaffed. It gets a bit chaotic at peak hours. Having someone clean the tables and keeping it tidy at the peak hour(s) would probably help a lot.

The breakfast was very nice and had a nice variety. The hotel is very very central and well connected.

The room could be a bit bigger because it was literally tiny. The bathroom had glass door and wall which made showering, etc a bit uncomfortable.

Decent breakfast. Definitely recommend rooms with windows. There are 2 floors also underground so taking no windows room you might end up there or any floor rooms in the middle of house.

Internet connection was not that great. There's no mini-fridge in the room.

Nothing to complain about

The continental breakfast is quite good here, but nothing exceptional. It was a quiet hotel, nice interior, comfy room; I'd definitely would love to stay here again.
