꼭대기 패밀리룸이라 호수 뷰가 좋고, 걸어가기도 가깝습니다.
방이 면적이 넓어서 편안합니다!
사장님은 항상 환하게 웃어주시고요, 엘리베이터가 없지만 짐을 올리고 내리는 것은 항상 거뜬히 도와주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.
물 온도 조절이 어려워요, 엄청 뜨겁다가 금방 차가워집니다

 the host keeps the Villa really clean in general. and not far from the city center. the view from the balcony was peaceful and nice. the host is super Duper kind and always tries to solve the problems.
There were a lot of construction vehicles and buses honking a lot in front of the villa, and there was sometimes noisy at night. Basically, it's not good. And I couldnt sleep well at night because it was cold at night. Also, I stayed in five days, and cleaning conditions were not the same every day. There was a day that there was no toilet cleaning but wet floor in the bathroom. What I didn't understand was that the host charged 300000 Vietnam dong, saying that my baby made some stains (not many just 3~4) while drinking chocolate milk and couldn't wash it. I don't think it's professional.

The hotel is very clean and organized. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The location is very close to Xuan Huong lake. Highly recommend!!

We loved Luan'S Villa. The owner was warm, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He welcomed us inteh mall hours after arriviing on the overnight bus from Saigon. Our family room which has two large double beds was very spacious with a god balcony. It was up a hill at the quieter end of the lake in Da Lat which was fine for us, but it was easy to get to other parts of Da Lat (if using Grab it recognises Luan Coffee as the destination). Our group occupied a few rooms as we were there from the UK for a wedding. The large family room at the front of the hotel has a slightly more interesting view but the traffic is noisier. We were very happy in our family room at the rear. We intend to stay at Luan'S Villa again.
There was nothing we didn't like. We loved it.

I liked everything about this property, mr luan and his family were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble; really kind, generous and helpful.
