Convenient location easy access from the interstate
It was very loud in the hallways most of our stay. The rooms are really small there was no customer bottles of water besides the one that was in our room. Not even for sale. The lady check had our room all screwed up took 25 minutes to check in. She made about five different phone calls.

Fun atmosphere and great layout of the rooms.
Needs a deep clean. The rooms had a lot of nooks and crannies that were very dirty.

Overall good stay, everything was clean and worked well as expected. Location was perfect for me and my plans. Would stay again.
Tile separating on the floor in our bathroom, did not have a maid service visit our room to exchange towels or give more toiletries (especially) TP
And had one of the staff who worked downstairs who had a bad attitude and complained about having to do his job at one point. All other staff I encountered were excellent!

Breakfast - not continental. Had to pay for breakfast -- and choices were either "meh" or not healthy.
Also - facilities were TOO neo-modern for me (Get rid of those 3-wheeler luggage carts - they SUCK!)

Beautiful hotel
TV shorted out every 20 seconds or so. Did it on every station.
Stated the room had a sleeper soft which was just a corner bench. Couldn’t sleep on it for sure. Had to change rooms.
Staff didn’t greet you when you entered hotel. Only the staff on Sunday actually said “hello” to us and acknowledged us.

Very clean and quiet, big shower, staff during check in were friendly and full of good information to make our trip more fun.
Evening staff at front desk didn’t know what the pool hours were and rather than checking they just guessed and went right back to their private conversation. No freezer in the fridge in the room.
