Le bruit de la musique avec des basses assourdissantes jusqu’à 04 h du matin du fait d’une soirée à thème sur le roof top ( piscine et bar). Un comble pour un établissement hôtelier d’empêcher ses clients de dormir. Et ce n’est a priori pas isolé car il y a plusieurs soirées à thèmes dans la semaine 😡

Breakfast was ok, the location was great, and the options of different restaurants were amazing. The wifi was quite strong, which was great. The little quirks like the popcorn in the reception area was also a highlight. Loved it

However, we couldn't adjust/control the shower temperature and the water almost burned my hand. Also, our portable bed had a sheet on it that had a red stain, which can be a bit triggering for ladies.

The menu was good especially the egg. The location was really amazing If I came again to Dubai, I would prefer to stay at Radisson RED I would strongly recommend to family and friends

Noise, female receptionist wasn’t helpful when I reported the noise she said she would call me back and never bothered. I had to move room because the bar was playing music until 4am when it says it closes 2am. Housekeeping knocking at 7am in the morning when I checked in at 2am. No good communication between staff.

No me gustó que me han cobrado dos veces la reserva y me han descontado bastante dinero si me entender por qué además dice que no devuelven la otra parte hasta dentro de dos semanas.

They ask you if prefer green house and when don’t like. they force you in some why . you have to call them daily for cleaning. plus give you time for cleaning after that no cleaning. This is my last stay in the hotel .

Location fully met our objectives and fit with our requirements. Actually, it was the closest hotel to the event we participated that we found. Check-in and check-out was smooth and fast.

We expected better room taking in account the brand and price of the hotel. Service within the Sport Bar could be better and more flexible. Our luggage was loaded to the hotel trolley, which we had to take to the room by ourselves. Otherwise it would stay at the lobby forever.

New hotel in Dubai Silicone Oasis area. Good and clean rooms, excellent staff. Good restaurant and bar with outside area. If you are working in this area it is good and price wise excellent hotel.

Staff were pleasant. Pets allowed. Rooms are spacious.

They claim their rooms are soundproof but you can hear the club at the top thumping music throughout the night. Could not sleep in my room, even though I was in the 1st floor. Requested a room change and at first they claimed that they sent a security guard to check who said “there is no loud noise.” Upon complaining further they changed me to a better room on the 4th floor on the opposite side of the building. While I did appreciate the upgrade, you could still hear the noise, it was only a marginal improvement. I do not recommend this place for anyone who needs a restful experience. Additionally, this place charges premium prices for what I found to be a very underwhelming experience. The furniture was cheap and creaky, finishings were cheap. More subjectively, I found the aesthetic of the whole place tacky. No room service.

Super funky, chilled vibe. All the staff were very friendly.

My shower smelled a bit damp, and the air con didn’t work and I had to ask for it to be fixed.

The location only

Their customer service is so slow, i called them 15times on landline before going to the hotel to make some changes. They are short on staff, their room service is slow. Their rooms are not sound proof and you cannot even play TV on low volume. They have some rude staff. AC does not cool the room, i have complained this multiple times during my stay. I would really not recommend this hotel. I come to silicon for work, so i have stayed 6-7 times and i usually face the same issues but for now I am done with them.
