We LOVED our stay at your tiny community. We had no complaints what so ever about our accommodations. Very clean and pleasant. The grounds however were lacking in attention. The grass was quite high - which was understandable since it had recently rained. It did look like it hadn’t been mowed for over a month. There were several dead trees on the property too. The views and atmosphere on the roof top decks were outstanding but would have been so much nicer if the grounds had been attended to. In spite of all that, we would still stay there again.

Wonderful place to go to get away from the city. Close enough to Waco to do anything you want. The house was super nice and quiet country tiny house. It was perfect for a small get away

My wife was coming into town for a one day job, so we decided to extend and make a fun weekend out of it. I booked the konex box house as a surprise, and my wife couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. The rooftop deck was really nice and peaceful. Check in was easy and communication was great!

We loved staying here! The kids (10 and 14) thought it was the coolest place to stay. We were there to visit family and explore Waco but wanted to stay away from stuffy hotels and the heart of town. We booked the container home in homes it would be much like our RV but not having to haul it down this worked out great! We had perfect weather, kids loved the sitting area on top of the container, the fire pit in the evenings, and it was fairly quiet and like being on a camping trip but with nicer accommodations. Communication with property owners was fantastic and overall this place made the long weekend experience with the kids that much better and more memorable for them. Can’t thank the owners enough for allowing us to stay and enjoy the beautiful property. We will be back.

Those property has so much potential but it has clearly not been kept up well. Most of the issue as you will see below is the flooring and cleanliness. It should also be noted that the below is the information I sent to the owner after our stay when they asked for feedback and I received not response. With some TLC this property would be incredible. - The biggest thing was the flooring throughout the house. It was in terrible shape. We did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot as we were afraid of the many peeling and broken parts as well as nails sticking up. We also tripped on several occasions because of the condition. There were also quite a few gaps in the floor in the bathroom and the hallway area. - The shower was also a concern. The door gasket was broken so water got out of the shower when in use. The door also didn't stay closed. The other issue with the shower was the floor. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and had discoloring and slipperiness that is characteristic of mildew. There was also a hairball from a previous guest. - The last thing which was minor compared to the other items was that there was supposed to be live TV access through Hulu, but when we tried to use the Hulu app on the TV to watch TV it said there were too many logins and the device was not on the home wifi. There were some great things that prevented a 1 star and those were the location and how cozy the space felt. I really hope they fix those issuess and start responding to feedback.

I wish that we would have had more time to enjoy it (arrived later than we had originally planned). Arrangement was very need. Enjoyed the quietness and the views of the pasture and old barn. We did have some difficulty finding the entrance but all worked out. 1st time we stayed in a Tiny House and this did not disappoint. Especially how the hot water didn't give out!

We had a quick one night stay and enjoyed the unit! Few little cosmetic things bit nothing that bothered us! Owners and check in process were great!

My husband and I rented "The Blue Ridge". It was decorated so cute and was so cozy. It was only a short drive to Waco and to the Magnolia "complex". It's tucked into a little neighborhood of other small containers homes, each one different...and this furthers the charm. Our one regret is that is was cold and rainy during our stay, and we wasn't able to sit on the roof deck and watch the stars. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay, it certainly beats a hotel room.

This is such an adorable house, that had everything we needed for our short trip. The deck was beautiful and very peaceful for sitting out in the evening. The owners and property manager are great with communication, and we knew if we needed anything they would take care of it! We would definitely stay again.

My Wife and I were there only in the evenings. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area (So much better than Motels) Would do this again.

We were very impressed with this property. It was a clean home and we were very pleased with the location. Even thought we didn't need much, the home was stocked with everything we needed and more. The property managers are great. They were detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. Perfect 5 out of 5 stars. We couldn't recommend them more!

This was the perfect place for a solo trip. I was able to go to a local artisan grocery store and load up so I never had to leave. I spent most of my time on the rooftop deck overlooking the longhorn cattle. It was quiet and felt secluded. The kitchen has all the necessary tools to make a simple meal. I’ve already recommended to friend and will come back for my next solo trip. Wonderful!!

Celebrating my 50th birthday was on the agenda for this trip. We loved staying here. There was a cute sign welcoming us. Everything was clean and decorated very cute including candles that we used the first night. The instant hot water heater was surprisingly efficient. The bed was very comfortable. When we found we needed an iron, they brought one to us within a short time. The bathroom had little amenities in case you forgot yours. So cute. Sunrise on the rooftop was amazing. We will definitely recommend and come back. Thanks so much for a trip to remember!

It was the perfect mini vacation for my sister and I. If you’re looking for a great tiny house experience, this is it!! From the moment I booked our stay, I knew I had selected the right place. Amanda and staff were so helpful with directions, instructions and tips for our stay. The house was beautiful , clean and the fragrance was wonderful. If you’re looking for a great stay, I highly recommend this beautiful tiny home. Fabulous customer service! Would definitely stay again.

I really wish I had more time to stay as we only stayed due night. But the whole place was amazing. Perfect bathroom and bedroom. But by far the roof patio was the highlight. Looking at the stars and the sky and night or having a cup of coffee bright and early. The whole location was perfect. Plenty of room to play with kids and to just relax outside while you grill

So simple! Easy to book online. Great communication as well as timely with the owner including all the “what to knows”. Lots of details have been thought of, right down to the USB ports with outlets. Linens are super cleans, wonderful quality, smell nice and feel soft. The bed was comfy, especially after a long flight with delays.

Cute tiny home outside main area of Waco. We’ll decorated with all amenities and comforts of a larger home and close to Baylor, without being right in the hustle of I-35 construction.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the experience staying at this home, as well as the hospitality of the hosts! We have never stayed at a tiny home before, but it was perfect and quite well-appointed. I had to work while I was there and it had pretty stable internet, too. I will definitely check this place out again when I am back in Waco.

We had everything we needed to have a nice vacation getaway. Container house very nicely laid out. We liked the rooftop for morning and evening sitting out with coffee and dessert.

We had a wonderful stay here while in Waco! The container house was exactly what we were looking for during our kid free trip to visit the Silos. Would highly recommend.
