De locatie is perfect en het appartement heel ruim. Alles is aanwezig en het contact verliep heel soepel.

Het is best lawaaiig 's nachts en de inrichting is wat verouderd.

Están rehabilitando edificio de al lado por lo que a las 7:30h empezaban a hacer ruido y abrir las ventanas significaba ruido y polvo. Las ventanas no cerraban bien.

It’s near the beach and a big shopping center.

The accommodation was completely different from what I expected. The property did not match the modern appearance portrayed in the photos; instead, it was an old apartment. And it is difficult to find parking near the accommodation. What frustrated me the most was the ongoing construction outside the apartment windows, which starts at 8 a.m. and continues throughout the entire day, causing headaches for me and my friends. We came here for a vacation, not to endure constant noise disturbances. When there is construction near a vacation rental, I do not believe the host should continue to operate on the platform, or at the very least, it should be clearly stated in the property description. Overall, this accommodation was the worst experience I have encountered on the island of Gran Canaria.

Old kitchen, old utensils, rooms are very small and not similar to pictures. VERY HOT, old ventilator in the living room but with a really uncomfortable sound. There was very loud work around the building, sleeping is impossible and so is resting.

Lots of things were broken or damaged. The shower area and kitchen cupboards were filthy. There was a mattress against a wall in the main bedroom. The mattress on the double bed was not the right size. The washing machine was rusty and the airers were both broken. The key holder was very rude. The electrics are old style, which means that they have not had a recent boletín. I actually contacted booking.com to move to a different place, but the host didn't reply back, so wouldn't have got any of our money back.ive added groups of photos to show some of the issues. This apartment is definitely not worth the money we spent on it.

A roomy apartment perfect for a family of 4. Near the beach and grocery shopping a 5 minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine is a great advantage. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building beside a through road. This means traffic is quite noisy, especially the local and island busses that start riding at about 6 AM. If you have a car parking is a challenge. There is a parking lot 10 minutes walking away for €2.50 a day.

For a two weeks stay without a cleaning service the accommodation could do with some more cleaning utensils and detergents. Only a broom and a mop were available but no shovel to wipe the dirt from the floor. A fresh set of bedding and towels would have been nice since drying your laundry took quite long because there is no outside space for hanging it to dry. We hung the laundry to dry in the kitchen or living room.

The apartment is perfect.

I had a problem communicating with the apartment managers. They want online registration with photos of id card and selfie of all a few days before our arriving. This was not mentioned in the beginning and the property description.
