UNACCEPTABLE FOR OCCUPANCY-UNTRUSTWORTHY OWNER. It was difficult to deal with the owner of this property. She made promises that were left unfulfilled. This property was the neighborhood where my Mother-in-law and my husband and his family were raised. We were there for her funeral and it could not have been a more horrible experience. I think I had "DIRTY" water in my hair when I went to the funeral. Before everyone else got dressed the water went out entirely.

The toilet did not accept paper and there was no prior notice of this and the booking was non-refundable. The property is NOT suitable for occupancy. Fair compensation has not been obtained although the owner promised a one day refund, it was never provided. She held back OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT for the payment of A PLUMBING BILL! BOOKING.COM HAS DONE NOTHING TO HELP WITH THIS ISSUE. The owner cancelled the booking after our stay. I thought it was so that she could refund the $255; however, it was so I could not write a review. Booking did open the review upon my complaint. I hope that no one else has to suffer the consequences of this property. Yes... it is close to the beach in a nice area of San Juan, but if you can't use the bathroom, the water stops working, the shower overflows, etc, it is a BAD DEAL. I would suggest that you just go directly to a major hotel and book a room so that you might be able to get a fair value for a place to stay for the same price as provided on BOOKING.COM.

Wonderful 2 bedroom Apartment - really close to the beach and a few restaurants, a Walgreens, and coffee shops. Stephanie our host was very friendly. We used Uber the whole stay as it was not far from Condado area. Thanks for a great stay!

Host was helpful. Instruction for keys were pretty clear, but I couldn't work out at first how to open the box.

Stephanie was very helpful when were there but we have had some issues with payment and getting our deposit back (this still hasn't happened). The apartment bedrooms are pretty small and not well equipped with closet or drawer space for putting clothes away. The kitchen and bathroom are spacious and decently equipped. It's a good location, but I do think it's a little overpriced.

Great place, very close to the beach, located in a separate building in the backyard, on the upper floor. All you need is there, the owner is very helpful and responsive. Thanks and if I return to San Juan I will try to come back!

The hostess is not to be trusted. we are still struggling to get the deposit refunded, 4 weeks after staying. it is therefore not recommended. it was a bit dirty but that doesn’t seem to bother her.

It was clean. Very short walk to the beach!

While we were there, it was windy every day so we had to venture out to another beach to enjoy swimming- the whole beach experience. Gated community. only 1 way in and out after a certain time at night.
