Condo very nice and modern. Great location and nice resort!

Always nervous about units renting but this was as advertised and better. Strand realty who handled the protest was top notch!! Responded very quickly and always pleasant. We hope to be back next year

This is an easy 5 star review. First off, the communication with the host was the best I have experienced. There was never any ambiguity, and the responses were fast and accurate. The condo is exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, and the check-in / check-out process was a breeze. We drove all the way from Boston and I am glad we booked this condo for 7 nights. Nice decor, everything worked, tons of utensils, everything that we needed. I will definitely book here again!

The property is nice and beautiful! We had a few minor cleaning issues upon check in with brown spots on the double bed comforters. When we contacted the rental company about it, they immediately took care of the issue and brought brand new comforters, which was great. The home has the most beautiful views of the ocean. It has almost every cooking utensil and dish that you could ever wish for. The pools were wonderful. The king mattress in the master bedroom seemed too small for the frame, but it was comfortable overall. Great stay was had by all.

Do not post this review. The owners have provided a well appointed condo, on the beach, in our beloved Myrtle Beach. I along with my family have come to MB for over 40 years. We used to have a condo there as well. On our arrival we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit!!!. My granddaughter found a toy under her pillow and I had a black hair in my bed. Obviously, the beds had not been changed. Unacceptable! The living room floor had not been cleaned. There were numerous issues throughout the unit. Kitchen clean and spotless and towels abounded. Showers/tubs not clean and were really nasty. This unit is tired but due to lack of cleaning and general maintenance. The table on the balcony had pizza crusts left over! The owners have provided a lovely, well appointed unit but the maintenance crew and property managers are lacking! We as a family will not return, use VRBO or have association with Strand Reality going forward. We spent significant money on this location. Yes, Island Vista gave us all of the amenities and after cleaning the unit we adjusted to our stay in our Myrtle Beach "home away from home".

This is our second stay in the condo. We really appreciate all the toys, books, games, and nice furnishings added by the owner. It feels like a home away from home for us

Enjoyed our stay!

First time in Myrtle beach and definitely won’t be the last. The condo was perfect. 6 adults and 2 kids - 3 families and we had plenty of space to make sure we didn’t feel on top of each other. We had a few a questions and got a response super quick. Highly recommend!! Perfect location. Great morning walks to breakfast. Pools were amazing. Everything clean and staff was super nice!

Condo was beautiful and was plenty of room for a family of 6. Even after a full week there I still wasn't able to learn my way among the dozens of light switches on the walls, some of which I'm still not sure what they actually went to!!! LOL! The parking garage is very narrow and scary to navigate through, especially with a large SUV, but we managed to skate through without any incidents. Other than that it was a very nice and relaxing stay at the beach and would definitely go back in a heartbeat. Maybe some day I can afford to buy a nice place like this on the beach.

Overall our stay was very good. The updates that have been made are very nice but a few more are needed. My only disappointment was the mattresses were worn out and were too small for the bed frame and box spring. When we got into and out of bed our legs hit the hard edge of the bed frame. Also it would have nice to have a keurig coffee maker in the kitchen but everything else was there. Thanks. P.S...We would recommend this unit and the process. A+

Found this place looking for something big enough for us to go down for my grandsons archery tournament. Loved the location and the condo! I wish we coukd of stayed for more than 2 1/2 days though! Will definitely book again if i can get back down there. Mattresses were a bit soft for me and wish there was a griddle but over all it was amazing!!!!!

My family loved this place. From the balcony listening to the waves, to the indoor and outdoor pools we loved it. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Management was very responsive when we reached out even allowing us to check in early from a 6 in a half hr drive. If we ever come back to Mrytle Beach this will be the place that we stay!!!

This property provides an amazing opportunity to get away and experience a private getaway. The resort is truly exclusive to the entire Myrtle Beach area, but still very close to all the attractions. The condo is clean, modern, fully equipped, quiet and presents a spectacular ocean front view to boot!! Owners are great and willing to meet your needs, we will be back!!

Great condo with awesome view! Plenty of room in condo an location within 10 minutes of local attractions and great restaurants.

We greatly enjoyed the room. Our family was less than pleased that the indoor pool was not an enclosed indoor. The pools were supposed to be heated to 80 degrees but they were freezing cold. We were unable to enjoy the pools which was our primary reason for renting this condo in November. They were supposed to be indoor and warm. I would go again just not in the winter months.

We have stayed at this resort many times, but the first reserving through an owner. We won’t vacation another way after staying here. Check in was so easy, any time there was communication it was a quick response, and when we needed to stay an additional day she helped us out quickly. Highly recommend!

The weekend at this property was wonderful. The property provided a great venue for children having fun. The location is fantastic. "The decorations were awesome and a great topic of conversation for the children. The kitchen was well supplied. The bed mattresses need to be upgraded in the King Bedrooms to provide a better sleep environment. Thank you.

We were able to get into the condo early which was a plus and welcome surprise. The code was sent right over and had no problem getting in. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed and more. We had plenty of room for our family. The only thing I would comment on is the dining room table is pretty big for the space. And the bar stools are really close to the table, but we never used them, so it wasn't a problem for us. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The best place to stay in the whole world

This was our second time at this property, and we were extremely pleased again. The unit is clean and well decorated. The owner is responsive to any issues you report, and there aren't many. I highly recommend this property and owner.

We had an amazing week in this beautiful condo on the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and came fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location as it was surrounded by houses which made the beach alot less crowded. Our 2 young grandkids (9 months and 5) loved the pools and the indoor lazy river was a hit. We received a code via email and text when the room was ready and had no problems with check-in. We couldn't have had a more perfect family vacation. This is a beautiful property !!

The property was much larger than we originally thought and decorated beautifully. It had all the amenities that we needed. The resort is gorgeous and we will definitely return!

Excellent location! Well maintained and well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous views. Peaceful and quiet at night. Pools were clean, hot tubs working. We didn’t even need to walk to the beach to enjoy the amazing sounds of nature. The pool deck had great furniture facing the ocean while being next to the pools for the kids. The management company was easy to communicate with. The checkin process was quick and easy. Fantastic place!! Will try to stay here again.
