I thought everything was good and as advertised. I’d stay there again.

Overall, a great little condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was expeditious and prompt. Located close to the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. A couple of things that could be improved — 1) one of the twin mattresses was squeaky when moving during sleep. 2) the door to the building was always unlocked so anybody could go in and out. These issues were minor and I would definitely stay at Kim’s condo again.

Location was convenient to seeing a show downtown. Easy to find. Nice/easy parking. Unit was very clean. Provided coffee and creamer which was awesome. No TV in bedroom (which I'm sure is in the listing) just would be nice to be able to be in bed and watch a show.. but only there 1 night.. no big deal. Our biggest gripe was that the bedroom windows are facing the parking lot and the parking lot lights were SOOO bright it lit the room up all night long. I am sensitive to sleeping with lights on and it was very hard to sleep with the lights coming in. Suggestion to owner would be black out curtains...the blinds aren't cutting it. Or for future guests to bring an eye mask if light at night bothers you. It bothered me more than my husband, but we both commented on it several times during the night. However, everything else was great about the place. Id rent it again and just bring an eye mask! Host was nice and checked in before and after check out. Overall nice stay. Thank you.

Unit had everything you needed to stay in Ann Arbor with all of the comforts of being home.

This unit was perfect for our trip to Ann Arbor. The layout was great, the home was cozy, and being wheelchair accessible was absolutely necessary for us. Host was very responsive. Looking forward to visiting again next month.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed - including a nice array of snacks upon arrival! The apartment was only a few minutes away from downtown AA with hiking trails nearby. We were in town visiting our U of M son and there was extra parking for him when he came to visit.

Very clean… and hosts go the extra mile by providing coffee, tea, snacks, robes, extra toiletries… Twin beds were a little squeaky… probably more appropriate for children rather than adults. Overall, I highly recommend this rental!

This property was perfect for the 3 of us! Quiet, spacious with all the amenities of home. The location was just what we wanted, only 5 min from campus but far enough we didn’t have the high vehicle & foot traffic. We’ll stay there again!

Clean and cozy my family enjoyed the space! Extra details as snacks and coffee were so appreciated as well!! Even bathroom supplies were provided!! Perfect for going to a game or visiting with a child going to UofM!!

This was a great place to stay for our family of four. I have been to some other VRBO rentals for our larger family vacations, and this one was much more hospitable and accommodating. Since we were just staying for 3 nights, we didn't bring a lot with us. However, Kimberly had all that we needed to make it through the weekend - towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, and everything else we would need. It was such a great relief not to have to spend our first day shopping for supplies. She was also in constant communication and responded to messages right away. This would also be a perfect stay for Michigan game days!

Hi, after our first night ( we really enjoyed the apartment), there was a storm the following afternoon and the power went out for the next 2 days. We moved to a Hotel and our host was extremely gracious and gave us the money back.

In town for a conference at St Thomas and for the Art Festival. Very comfortable- would come here again!

Very comfortable place...and it was handicap accessible, which is hard for us to find sometimes. It's in a very nice neighborhood and close to everything you might need.

This was a good stay. Good communication with owner. Good check-in process. Easy access. Very clean. Good location for us, short ride to the U of M swim camp. Our only wish would be that the beds were better.

Enjoyed our stay. Location was nice, short drive to anything Ann Arbor. We changed our plans and extended our AA2 visit. Unfortunately the property was already booked or we would have stayed a few more days.

The apartment was clean, exactly how described with lot so of snacks. Good location, just 10 minutes to downtown.

Second time at this property. Wonderful once again. Quick drive to most major sites and multiple parks in the area for small families. We ran out of toilet paper and texted the owner; new supply was at our doorstep within 60 seconds. Fantastic. Will be back.

Definitely will stay again. The location is good, on the quiet side, not too far from downtown and UMich school. The place is clean, well stocked. Check-in instruction is easy to follow.

We were visiting family and this was the perfect place for a quiet night away from family activity. Very clean, easy access, nice amenities, excellent communication from Kimberly. We will choose this place again!

Condo was very clean and loved all the little extras that the host thought of. Snacks, toothbrush, first aid kit and more! It is in a great location! Just 10 minutes from the U of M campus.

This is a great place to stay when in Ann Arbor. It's close to everything. Stores ,restaurants ,gas. Just minutes to downtown or campus. The apartment is very well appointed. They have really thought of everything. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Everything was great! The only thing we had trouble with was the TV. The remote that they had did not actually work for the tv. Also, they had a super small garbage can and no trash bags.

Great location, and the property manager was highly responsive.
