Location peaceful with great views. Easy access to centre of Dunedin plus wildlife on the peninsula. Really comfy bed and lounge. Good facilities for preparing food.

Bathroom a little basic. Slope up to property from car park very steep and tiring when transporting cases and shopping.

The location close to activities but quiet with a great view of the bay out front and a pasture in the back. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen well equipped and even a washer and dryer. The host’s welcome was delightful and warm.

The steep driveway, but it was wide and well paved with lots of room to turn around at the top.

Beautiful views and location on the Otago Penninsula was great. The unit was well appointed and would be great in summer.

We visited in winter and the unit was freezing cold when we arrived and it took a long time to heat up with the heater provided. No electric blanket on the bed - so the bedding was also exceptionally cold. The owners appear to be in the process of upgrading the windows - but some windows are still slatted and so do not help retain the heat.

We had no issues but the steep driveway with a sharp bend may be a challenge for some drivers.

exceeded expectations in every way. Jeff, the owner was fabulous. be sure to meet him. spry at 90. Helpful, knowledgeable, lived there for 60 years! keen humor and full of stories. wonderful guy.

Bachcare was full of instructions and obvious rules. hard to see what they added.

Great location, lovely views, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Owners live next door and are very friendly and helpful. Excellent WiFi/internet access.

Bathroom is very small, with tiny hand basin. Water temperature restricted to 37 degrees which meant luke warm showers. Confusing email from Batchcare about rubbish/recycling. When questioned, Batchcare didn’t respond to my email.
