Truly amazing! Looks exactly has pictures shows and the host was great.

Nice place but not everything worked. Bathroom locks didn’t work. Vanity drains wouldn’t drain. Stove didn’t work. Hot tub wasn’t clean and stunk.

The home was perfect for our group. Spacious with many places to congregate and visit. We had 30 people in the house, but it never felt crowded or cramped. Everything was clean and very inviting. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with 25 people, there was so much space, fun game room in the basement, right near both pools. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Great house. We'll definitely look to stay here again

This house was incredible! So much room for the whole family. Kids could be in the lower level playing games or playing hide and seek. The adults had so much room on the main level and the balcony. What an incredible place to gather, relax, and make some awesome memories. The only downfall was there were no air hockey pucks for the air hockey table. Other than that, it was such a memorable family vacation and the house had more than anyone could ever want. Would definitely go back!

We had a family reunion with 29 people , this house provided everything we needed. The decor, space and location was perfect for our group.We would stay here again.The owner was a joy to work with, she was very responsive and very cordial, so helpful in all areas.We highly recommend this lovely home to all who travel through Branson!

I was a little nervous booking such a large property online. However, sunset realty was fantastic. They clearly communicated check-in and check-out procedures. The house was easy to access and was beautiful and and well maintained. All the kids had a fantastic stay.

The girls and I had a great time. The house is beautiful and the location is great. We will definitely be heading back next year. The three levels gave us plenty of room to spread out but when we wanted to be together we could do that too. The girls loved gathering around the bar and talking. The patios are great and there is plenty of seating.

The House is amazingly spacious and lovingly decorated. We love the view coming in to the subdivision and by the porches. We love our experience and highly recommend this house.

This house is AMAZING! We had a large group of family and friends for a destination wedding and the house was so large we never felt crowded! And every room had its own bathroom and shower which is awesome. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for large groups, plenty of seating, 2 dish washers, pots, pans and utensils. It's fully stocked! The 3 decks and hot tub make for perfect nights relaxing outside. The kids loved the bunk rooms and the pools. This house is gorgeous and clean! And its just down the street from the boat launch, so the location is perfect. We will be back!
