Grass wasn’t cut & dirty outside. The townhome they provided us it’s corner of very close to highways, couldn’t sleep due to noise of all these vehicles.

Honesty I didn’t like nothing about this property not even close to the beach the address they originally sent me was 9 minutes drive from where I stayed

This was the worst property I ever stayed nothing worked properly and all furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was broken we were not able to used it. I took pictures all all broken stuff in the entire apartment because they take $500 from you when they don’t have the proper furniture for a rental property. We were so far from the water not as shown in the add. I complained about some other stuff like the bbq that supposed to be in the apartment and the pillows were horrible and flat, the mattress cheap and super uncomfortable the only answers I go was that booking.com does false advertising. They take no responsibility. I do not recommend This place and for the amount of money they charge you you expect a better experience. This place is not worth 1/2 of the money I paid. I had better experiences in a much lower rentals. The grass looked like it was never cut no proper maintenance.

They gave me a different property than showing on their main page. Make sure you will get the same house you are paying for. Very noisy right at the high way. The chairs has broken legs, I was about to fall down on the floor after sitting on those chairs. You can not use the couch for sleeping because it is broken too. New building but with very poor finishing from inside. Dose not have any lake view. I was very disappointed to receive such house after driving 9 hours.

Able to cook home food meals.

There is no place to dispose of garbage. The Kenora disposal area was closed. The owner charges $15.00 for each bag of garbage you leave in the unit. So we end up driving around to dispose of garbage. We were not notified to bring our own toilet paper because whatever was left on the toilet paper holder, that's all you can get. The bathtub was disgustingly dirty. We don't take tub baths. But we have to step in the tub to take a shower. So, before anyone took a shower, I had to clean it up first. None of my kids wanted to step into the tub. Lastly, the towel rack in the bathroom also keeps falling. It is very loose. I have to take pictures of the tub and the towel rack before we use the bathroom just to make sure we won't be charged for damages. Under the couch are some litters too. The floors are very crummy.

Near the beach which was very beautiful. Stunning during sunset - lake views. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good.

The unit was not clean. The patio and patio furniture was absolutely filthy with cobwebs, spiders, dirt and possibly mouse droppings. The carpet in the unit was very dirty, noticeably so. The bathroom had a half uninstalled soap dispenser in the shower covered in pink mold. The coffee table was dirty. Sadly I did not enjoy my stay or feel comfortable as a result. When I reported this and sent photos, all that was said was (slightly paraphrased) "Sorry, thank you and we will let the cleaners know". Customer service not on par. Also - the hallway outside the unit smelled like cat litter.

my only complaint, is the couch isn’t comfy and quite small.
