Plenty of space to spread out, relaxing location out of the city with a nice café nearby.
The company renting it out, did not give us directions or address until I called at check in time 3 o’clock local. Cobwebs and dust in mini windows. Dishwasher and oven were temperamental at best if we could get them to turn on.

Being contacted 5 times about a package. That wasnt even picked up continuously ruining day trip.
Being told to take bins in and out on wrong day .

There was hardly any power points in the living room. Make extensions. There was no toilet paper

the continued bombardment of emails before & after my stay. It would be far easier to stay at a hotel.

Great location. Comfy beds
No available parking nearby, unable to communicate with host, bins full, back door was broken so we could not use back yard, washing machine was not working.

Great location and great space within the house
The pool was filthy, the pool pump was running dry ,
I had to top up the pool water, but the green slime was too much for the dead pool cleaner submerged in the pool.
The bathrooms did not have a lock or a latch, would have been easier to put on something to lock the door so we could do our business's in peace

Lovely house, with plenty of space - it now has 4 bedrooms. Amazing location. A 1-minute walk takes you to a park with views over Sydney Harbour. A 10-minute walk takes you to Woolwich ferry terminal, with a 20 minute ferry to Circular Quay. Nice restaurants just over the road.
Needed some more housekeeping. Washing machine was damaged, but we found a way to operate it. Backyard was in a mess; we tidied it. Some linen was missing; we made do. Kitchen lacked some basics, e.g. oven gloves, microwavable dish. Not enough heaters for all the rooms (only an issue in winter, I guess).

What a Place, what a Village!
Absolutely perfect for our needs with 2 adult kids and partners and with a Wedding, Drinks and Reception all within walking distance. We were spoilt by the cafe and pub just across the road and with harbour views, Woolwich is a hidden gem, only a ferry ride from Circular Quay. A few items in the house need a little in the way of repairs/ replacements but bedding and the pool were a great feature. Air conditioning is the only real absence for a perfect abode in the summer months.

The house was amazing. Our family stayed there for our daughters wedding with the bridesmaids and it was perfect.

The only thing I would suggest is to provide a parking permit. We didn’t have too much trouble but the parking is restricted
