Fabulous central Bath location. Ideal for family/friend get-aways. Good entertaining spaces; kitchen & lounge, plus courtyard garden. 5 mins walk into central Bath made it a great no-drive holiday. Would thoroughly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Visited for a party in the area and loved the location of the house. Weather was good, so we were able to make use of the gorgeous courtyard. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it ideal for 3 couples. Well equipped kitchen and well appointed bedrooms and living room.

We took a vacation with our two adult sons and daughter-in-law. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which gave wonderful privacy and the family/living room on the second floor was a wonderful gathering spot for together time, a nice place to read or
watch TV at the end of a busy day. The location is perfect…walking distance to so many Bath attractions, pubs, shops, grocery store. Bath Holiday Rentals is very responsive to any inquiries. Also, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses and silverware. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and would stay here again if we return to Bath. The only caveat is that there are a lot of stairs within the home (one bedroom is on each floor), so if stairs are an issue for more than one couple, this may not be the place to stay.

Fantastic location in centre of Bath! House is comfortable and has lots of the appliances need for an easy stay. Maybe decor needs a little T&C (eg grouting in bathrooms a little tired) but overall, it’s a great place.

We loved the property as we had busy days on a business trip and a great place to hang out in the mornings and evenings. Relaxing environment and plenty of space for the 3 of us with our own bedroom and bathrooms. Well stocked and having the outdoor space was fab - although it rained the days we were there.

Great house and location in Bath
This house was perfect for our group of three married couples. Each of us had our own room and bath on separate floors. The house had a large eat in kitchen and garden on the ground floor and a large living room on the upper floor. The house was in a perfect location in Bath, walkable to almost everywhere. The house was super clean and well-stocked with linens, dishes, glasses, etc. Our host gave us all the information and directions we needed prior to our arrival and check in went very smoothly. All six of us would highly recommend this property and our host to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bath!

Perfect base for exploring the southwest
A beautiful house and garden with all the conveniences, perfect for sharing. Three bedrooms, three complete bathrooms--one set on each of three floors. Fully furnished kitchen. Parking in front of the house on a quiet street. And a perfect location--two blocks from the Pulteney Bridge; which means that while the attractions of Bath are two blocks' walk away, you can keep your car out of the center's maze of streets. This makes day-tripping a snap. The only snag is the advantage--this is all spread out over three floors. But we (all over 60) found the steps gentle and the house is an essentially level walk into town. Great reception from Marcus. Would return in an instant.

Six school friends under one roof after 27yrs....lots of tales, laughs,tears, dancing and gin! Couldn't have asked for more from this beautiful property other than better weather to have been able to enjoy the outdoor space.
