Channel availability not working on 3 of 5 tvs. 1 lower bedroom has no cable box at all. Sunset sent cable company out, wiring and cable company issue, new boxes installed. Cable carrier did great. If walking barefoot in cabin bottom of feet were instantly black from filth. Unable to use vcr, either doesn't play anymore, input option unable to change. Map needed to explain location of facilities offered versus driving around looking. Never found restaurant, signs point you right out the gate. Gate guards very friendly and accomodating. Patrons and employees do not abide by speed limit. Furniture very nice, but not made for smaller adults. Great for larger adults. Number of large and small appliances on hand is very nice, adequate paper supplies, cleaning supplies and towels provided. Very much appreciated. Thanks for the hospitality.

We enjoyed the cabin and the community. The pools and mini golf were great.

We had stayed at this property previously and throughly enjoyed our stay. This time around everything was still wonderful and welcoming. Facilities were great! Location was outstanding making it very easy to get anyplace in town easily. Will stay here again in the future with the family.

We are absolutely blown away by this rental! Absolutely one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Accommodations were wonderful and even had Christmas decorations (we were there for children to experience branson Christmas). I am honestly, so thankful we have found this and we definitely plan to stay again! Only thing I would recommend for future vacationers is the thermostats seemed to reset every 12 hours back to the eco settings and needed to be adjusted to keep the place heated so make sure to adjust the thermostats when waking up and when going to bed! Seriously such a wonderful rental and neighborhood/location!

A couple of them hadn’t been more than 5 miles from home in a few years. The old girls were determined to show the kids how celebrations are supposed to be done. Had to rub them down with Liniment before the ride home, but they were all smiles. Cabin is easy access and they loved sitting on the porch.

We enjoyed the community amenities —the 2 pools and the picnic shelter. The air conditioned porch was great in the July heat.

This property has large bedrooms and bathrooms. Was nice having the airconditioned back patio and large eating table. Beds where comfortable and was nice have the additional living area in the basement. We had 6 adults and 5 kids, ages 2,3,4,5 and 6. Property is in great location and close to everything you need in Branson and Silver Dollar City. Only issue is downstairs sink wouldn't drain in one of the bathrooms and the floors were filthy. They were swept but our feet where black from floor being dirty. Didn't look dirty but when you took wet rag and wiped floor, the rag was black. Floors need to be mopped more often. Also furniture needs to be moved and cleaned under because we found old stuff and very dirty under the furniture as well. Other than that place was great.

We had extended family of nine with grandkids ranging from 6 to 22. Accommodations work very well for us. Very clean and kitchen was well supplied. That was important because we prepared most of our meals in.

Had a great stay. Spacious rooms with plenty of bathrooms and hot water for all. We made many meals on location so the fully stocked dishes were greatly appreciated. Will definitely do again!
