What a great condo. I have nothing bad to say. Location was perfect. The silos were right down the street. We could walk everywhere. The loft is well done. I was surprised how quiet it was except for the random sound of water through the plumbing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We loved the condo!! The location is perfect. You can walk to so many attractions, such as the Dr Pepper Museum, Silos, restaurants and many other attractions.

Our stay was wonderful! I had a girls trip with my mother, daughter and her friend. We were impressed with the furnishings, especially the beds and pillows! So comfortable! The lofts are perfectly located. We were able to walk to the Silos and dinner.

Our family stayed her for orientation and thought the place was really neat. Everyone enjoyed it. Communication and response of property manager was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is 5 mins from Baylor and attached to the wonderful Fabled Bookstore. Easy parking spot and overflow parking right across the street. Love the decor, great utilization of space, clean comfy spaces, and the overall care, communication, and attention from the owners and property managers. Very nice that the owners share this property with all of us! Will return!

Despite being downtown, this location was quiet! Walking distance to the Silos, Cameron Park, the suspension bridge. Lots to do and eat in the area. Be sure to check out Fabled, the adorable bookshop in the same building!

Convenient to all things downtown with the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. This condo is nicely decorated, clean, cozy, and felt like home. Great care is taken to ensure you have everything you need. We loved being able to do some cooking and enjoyed the little Juliet balcony to access outside. Wonderful place and would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for our girls get away! Close to shopping downtown, Spice Village, and Silos. My sister and I shared a room and our girls slept in the bunks and they loved them! The owner was quick to reply when we had to run back after checkout because my daughter had left her earrings. Very pleasant experience!

From arrival to departure everything was wonderful. The communication and instructions were perfect. The pics were exactly how the place was. Our family enjoyed just hanging at the condo as much as we did when we ventured out. The beds were comfy, sheets fabulous, and the convenience of a full kitchen and laundry was priceless. Oh wait... did i mention the location! We were able to venture out on foot several times and enjoy the weather. I cant say enough. Wonderful place and great hosts.

This condo has everything. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and you can’t beat the location. We walked everywhere we needed to in Waco. The hosts were always in touch asking us if we need anything, etc. Love the communication! Would definitely stay again.

This rental is in a building containing lots of industrial-style loft apartments/condos. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the Waco downtown tourist spots and numerous restaurants. The unit was clean and is well designed for a family of five as the second bedroom has three single bunk beds. It had everything we needed though we would have appreciated a coffee pot instead of the single serve kuerig. The hosts provided clear instructions and checked in through messaging multiple times. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the loft for our stay. It was cozy and spacious in the perfect location. A quick walk to Magnolia Press in the mornings and Pivovar fir dinner-it’s an easy location to get to Baylor also. We hope to stay here again!

This was a weekend getaway for my sister and I. The loft was extremely clean and neat. Everything was pretty much within walking distance (except the Magnolia Table) but that was worth the 10 min drive up the road. We loved it and look forward to coming back to the same property.

Perfection
This property was everything we were hoping for to spend a week in Waco. While my daughter attended Baylor line camp my wife and I explored restaurants, cafes and stores around downtown Waco. The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and the Magnolia Silos, which you can see from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and everything was available for our stay. Access to the apartment was easy. We hope to stay again.

Quick girls trip for first time to see everything Magnolia and tour Waco. Perfect, safe and secure condo in a quiet area. Very walkable to the Silos and many other shops and restaurants. We even walked from the train station. Condo was clean and everything was accurate in the listing. Nice, modern space. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay….great location, spacious, safe and well-appointed. Perfect for a couple or family. The 3 bunk bed is really cool for the kids! Only critique is that they should get a full size ironing board. But overall a great place.

It is within walking distance of the Silos. The condo is industrial, modern, yet cozy, and decorated absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed to cook, but, we didnt want to. Would definitely stay there again
