Perfect sized house. Only 20 minutes walk to town. Beautiful views. Host was great and easy to get hold of Would love to return again with the rest of my family and even grandparents

great spot for our family (2 adults, 4 kids) to stay. plenty of room for everyone and great facilities. Wasn't quite cold enough for the fire but I'm sure that would be an added bonus.

We had a wonderful 3 days staying at Snowdrop Chalet - we only wished we could stay longer! It was very clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of four, with enough space for everyone to relax. Great location and the hosts provided detailed information. We hope to stay again soon, thank you!

Great property near Conical Hill walking track, quite with sounds of birds, kids loved the rooms and games.

Property was just right for us. In a good location to walk up Conical Hill and a short walk into the centre. The house had everything we needed for our week long stay and was very tidy and well presented. We LOVED the bench top oven!

Great location in quiet cul de sac close to town. Lovely family home but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as all bedrooms are assessable only via stairs or a ladder. We did most of our cooking outside on the BBQ as there is no proper oven inside, this worked for us as we had great weather but it wouldn’t be practical in the colder months. Having two young children (3&5) the ladder to the loft in the living room caused a lot of anxiety, as did the fragile shower door but we survived!

Compact but spaces being separated feels like you get a quiet spot away from each other - everything you need and easy check in and out process

Exactly as described. Cute, private and perfectly suited our needs for a short stay. It snowed while there so this added an element of excitement to our stay. Snug and cozy while inside. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.

I have written my review already so it’s hard to muster up the energy to write it again. We loved our stay at Snowdrop Chalet. Great location, comfy beds, super easy check in, amazing communication with Naomi. The cottage was warm and cozy. It has a great location on the hill, amazing decks to enjoy a morning coffee or a meal on, cool gardens and is super affordable. A short walk to town, direct access to Conical hill and we all really enjoyed being there. I always travel with our dog so having him able to stay with us was also fabulous. Thanks for everything, we hope to be back.

We loved the log fire. The house is walking distance to the woods, had a walk up the walking track. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen has the best view of the mountains and from the loft window you can see the town. We enjoyed having board games and puzzles, kept the little one busy.

Great heating options but actually having a sunny living area and outdoor area is just as crucial. There was kindling chopped for the fire which was appreciated.This chalet is on the sunny north East slope of Conical Hill. Watch out if you go elsewhere in winter as there are some south west faing streets on Conical Hill with holiday homes that dont see the sun for weeks on end in Winter which must be grim and unpleasant.This spot is the opposite.This house is well equipped and tidy. Guests must be prepared to clean the house properly after themselves as it explainsas this is a Holiday home, not a motel with cleaners.It is a nice walk to the village. Will recommend to my friends and family. Thanks to the family that trust visitors will do the right thing.

We absolutely loved this property! So close to everything and the pottery is just beautifully displayed. I would highly recommend this property for a wee holiday. We would defintely stay at this property again. It was so homely and so comfortable. Thank you so much to the hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here while in Hanmer Springs! The fire was so cozy and plenty of wood as was needed. Kids loved the loft. The views were just fabulous. We would most definitely stay again and recommend this bach to everyone. Thank you

We had a lovely stay and would come back here to stay again. The location has the most amazing view. Parking is convenient and easy. We stayed in the Middle of winter with some snow and it was so warm and cosy. Great facilities. We had a fun weekend and felt very welcome staying. Totally recommend.

Good stay, just needed axe, to cut kindling. Shower is one thing that lets it down. In winter need good shower!

We have stayed at many holiday houses and never experienced this! Pillows, duvets, blankets and mattresses were urine and blood stained. They had obviously never been washed or even checked. The instructions sent prior to arrival indicated that they employ a contractor to check the property, but on arrival this was obviously not the case. The shower is also in a bad state, but by far the bedding ruined our weekend. My parents are elderly and ended up driving home as they couldn't stomach sleeping on the bed. I called the owner and she said there was nothing she could do about the bedding. Please sort this! Snowdrop Chalet has been a delightful spot to stay but has sadly been neglected.

Great location with lovely views. Just the right size for the 4 of us. Cosy and warm too! Overall a perfect place to stay.

had a great stay very spacious, warm and cozy older grand kids enjoyed the mezzanine floor very good hosts let us check out later because the power outage. just chilled out and watched movies and walksin the nature thank you
