We stayed at this property while visiting Hot Springs. We had fun staying at this property with friends. Nice property with plenty of rooms and sleeps. 4 star only due to area. Neighborhood looks little shady. We did not have any issue though. Parking on street.

We have stayed with a group at this property on multiple occasions. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for multiple families. The host is wonderful, responds very quickly to any questions and it very flexible. We will continue to stay at this property in the future. BONUS...walking distance to 501 Prime.

We had no issues and great communication with the property owner! The house is very close to Main St and served us well! Would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group!

If you have a large group this is THE place to stay in Hot Springs! We had 12 people in our group and the house was spacious enough for all of us to gather down stairs yet have our own privacy. The bathrooms are huge and the bedrooms were comfortable. This house is located within walking distance of downtown. I can't say enough good stuff about it! Book it NOW!!

Beautiful property with TONS of space!! Had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for all of us and then some! Great walking distance to bathhouse row. Would definitely recommend booking!

This house had plenty of space for my group of friends. There were 12 of us and there were still 2-3 rooms we didn’t use! We were a little worried about the neighborhood, but had no issues and it was perfect for eating downtown and going to the races.

2nd time at this house and again we enjoyed ourselves fully in the home! We love being in this home and we want to see it last forever. We’re willing to come down and help maintain it ourselves. There was a few paint chips and a couple of doors coming off the hinges and the water heater was giving us big problems that weekend. All in all, with cold showers we all enjoyed our time and willing to come back again. The owners are extremely nice and responsive to every problem we faced. Great house..

This property was the perfect fit for our family gathering. Our granny really enjoyed celebrating her 93rd birthday in this beautiful home!

Gregory was awesome about communicating with us entire duration. House was very large which allowed our family from all over to stay together. Neighborhood was a bit run down but we had no issues while there.

Outside of property need overall. All bedrooms need television. Checked in almost 2 hours due to cleaning. No where to park.

It was great the property was nice and clean and smelled really really good it was more than enough room for me and my family we loved it we had a great time and will most definitely stay again ( Melissa )

I rented this home for my family vacation. It is close to downtown as the listing states and it is very spacious. The home had everything we needed to make our stay homely. The neighborhood is up and coming but ok. The house is nice and was just like the ad. Talking with the owner and all it was amazing. I would rent this place again.

The house was beautiful and the manager was very responsive when we had questions. The location is so close to the main area in Hot Springs which was great for our larger group to be able to walk to everything.

First off, the accuracy of these photos for this home is perfect and when you enter the home, you feel like royalty. The decor is homey and humbling. Every room is huge and the bathrooms are twice as big. A couple of suggestions for the home owner is to make the kitchen bigger with a bigger fridge, some beds are too high, felt like Goldilocks trying to get on the bed lol, and lastly the bathroom with tub change it into a shower or jacuzzi so it can be utilized to it fullest. I love the rooms so much and I love how everyone can be in their area and not feeling claustrophobic. Awesome home and awesome price! I'll be back again for sure and if this house is ever for sale, contact me! lol Thank you again!
