If there was a 5 PLUS star rating - I'd pick that to describe the incredible experience of this stay. The property - location - hospitality - and amenities are NEXT LEVEL. I've stayed at a lot of properties throughout the world and the experience I had with this property and this owner take the top spot in my list of favorites.

This property exceeded all expectations. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shops and just a short 15 minute walk to campus. I liked being just a little bit away from the heart of campus activity. The host communicated quickly with excellent directions and recommendations. The main room is very cozy with tons of natural light. It has a modern kitchen loaded with conveniences, a fantastic bathroom and show, and very comfortable beds. It comes with a parking pass for a garage less than 5 minutes away but we never used our car. Everything was walkable. The beds were extremely comfortable. Already planning a return trip. I would give it 10 stars if possible.

Charming and clean apartment in downtown Ann Arbor. A great home base walkable to local restaurants, shops, entertainment and UMich, of course!

Outstanding experience all around.

Easy check in. Ryan was very attentive. The place is so well done in terms of design. I want to live there! Heated tile floor, kitchen had all the things I needed to cook during my days there. Comfy bed. Felt like home. I worked while there, did laundry (my college student) and cooked. Because nothing is perfect- the only thing was parking lot for which there is a pass was 3 blocks away. No biggie! Not like it’s 3 NYC blocks!

Downtown right off of Main Street, close to great shops, restaurants and a short walk to all the spots you will want to visit. Great modern loft vibe, but still cozy and comfortable. We booked very last minute, and Ryan could not have been more responsive and accommodating both in our booking process and during the stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat during future visits.

It is a perfect location in downtown Ann Arbor, with excellent hosts and a great apartment. Modern touches in a historic flat, with everything we needed. Ryan was a wonderful and helpful host who made us feel right at home.

Have stayed at around 10 VRBO's in Ann Arbor and this is my favorite now. Great feel and unreal location. Thanks Ryan!!

This was my families first visit to Ann Arbor for a tour of the University of Washington. There were 4 of us and the Loft was perfect! Our 12 year old loved the loft sleeping areas in the bedrooms. The place was very clean, all amenities we needed, great decor, comfortable furniture and a perfect location. Within walking distance to food and campus. Angela and Ryan were wonderful. Very communicative at all times and full of great information about the area. We will definitely stay here on our next Ann Arbor Visit!!

The condo is beautiful and super clean and is in the perfect location. Ryan was a wonderful host and allowed us an extended check out time as well as offering suggestions for dining, etc.

This is such a nice place for anyone who wants to be in the middle of the action in AA. We went for a football weekend and it was perfect. Host and hostess are super friendly and great communicators. The home is lovely and, as mentioned, in a perfect location. We’ll be back if they’ll take us!

Great apartment, location and host. Apartment is clean, beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all the essentials one could need while away from home. Our host, Ryan, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We were visiting our daughter for her birthday and honestly felt right at home in this hidden gem.

Everything about Wanderlust Manor was fantastic. Excellent communication, Angela made sure everything was perfect. Perfect for a football weekend with the location in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor and within a reasonable walking distance to The Big House.

We stayed at "Wanderlust Manor" recently when we were moving our daughter back to Ann Arbor to start her sophomore year at UMich. We are averse to staying in hotels due to COVID and were thrilled when we found this condo available. The location is AMAZING...walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, campus, etc. It's clear that this is the owners' primary residence--or that they are there frequently--as the place is beautifully decorated and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Great living space and TV. Lots of movie services to choose from but we couldn't figure out how to get cable TV or any network stations. Not sure if these are available in the unit. The only other issue is the lack of free parking. We knew this when we booked. There are plenty of paid lots nearby but this adds up quickly. Definitely fine if you don't have a car with you and choose to walk or Uber/Lyft places. We hope we can return in the future!

Incredible space in Ann Arbor. Great design and finishing touches. We stayed while moving our daughter into U Mich and can’t wait to come back in November. Great restaurants nearby and close to U Michigan. A wonderful place to visit.
