This property was amazing! We had 7 ladies in our group! The 4 bedrooms all have their own bathroom and there is a half bath in the hallway. It was a great location and a great neighborhood. Close to all the fun things in Waco. This house also had everything you need. There were even pack-n-plays for babies. They had fans, plenty of extra blankets, crockpot, and extra for just about everything you would need! This is the place to stay in Waco for sure!

We four ladies loved The Art House! We each had our own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was super clean and exceptionally well stocked. We enjoyed the dining table and family room eating and playing games at this adorable cottage. It was close to everything, H-E-B, Silos, and restaurants. It was too hot to use the back deck but it was set up for easy enjoyment! We absolutely would be back and recommend it to all.

Stayed for a girl’s weekend with a few friends. It was awesome to all get our own bathrooms! Everything was close enough to walk to, particularly all things Magnolia! Charmaine was easy to get ahold of.
Recommend making reservations at Magnolia Table for breakfast and Cafe Homestead for lunch or dinner (both closed on Sundays) and we enjoyed Pignetti’s for dinner one night too- delicious Italian dinner! Coffee was great at Magnolia Press and get cupcakes at Silos Baking!!

We absolutely loved our stay here in this roomy and charming home. It was clean and had everything we wanted or needed. Our host responded to any questions immediately. We all loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms!

The house is so well decorated, beds are super comfy, and the back porch is perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Location is great too with so many food options and a comfortable walk to the Silos. It was the perfect house for a quiet and relaxing girls trip.

The house layout was great for 4 couples. Everyone appreciated the 4 bedrooms with ensuite bath. There was even a 5th 1/2 bath for guests.

Every square inch is very intentionally and very impressively designed. It has an art theme, which works well with the location. The walk to Magnolia Silos is very easy even with a two year old. The house is full of little touches that indicate that very careful attention was paid to the minutia of the guest experience.

Gorgeous property! Beautifully decorate! Each room filled with unique artwork and each bedroom perfectly put together. The bedrooms were cozy and relaxing, the house itself immaculate with options to bring food in or cook and watch a movie. Definitely would like to stay again!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was in great condition and very well decorated with local artist paintings and sketches throughout. The house host was super friendly, and had great communication and made it very clear she was there to assist if we needed. Will absolutely be here again!

Loved this property! Wonderful location. The home has a great layout with 4 suites, allowing privacy for multiple guests. It also has such a great vibe with vibrant colors and artwork. Let’s start with, “We’ll be back!” The Art House is a home away from home. An eye-candy of familiar images on the walls in each room stirred personal memories encouraging us to feel right at home. Creatively designed, each room is a master bedroom—a retreat within a retreat. Our thoughtful host left a special handwritten note for our family to mark the sad occasion for our visit to Waco. Loved this house. It was clean and we loved the unique art. It had all of the necessities and then some. The property manager was very quick with responding and very accommodating. It was in a great location, very close to Baylor and Magnolia. We went to both while we were there and we will be staying here again when we come back.

What a fantastic house and awesome host! The place accommodated our family perfectly. Clean and cutely decorated. Great that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. Charmaine, the host, was so kind and helped us for a special situation with a call and with texts. We bought some artwork (drawn by a local high school artist) that hung in the hallway after texting with Charmaine. A five star property!!

I visited with three old friends, and this house was perfect for us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the common areas were fantastic for sitting around, chatting, and catching up. The Art house is beautiful! It was clean, well decorated and just perfect for our 3 generations trip to Waco. We each could have our own bedroom and bathroom, but plenty of room for all of us to be together too! Charmaine is great to work with and always quick to respond, we had no issues, but I have no doubt that she would have been quick to action if we had. This was our second stay in one of her homes and we highly recommend them! They are close to everything downtown and the beds are super comfy! Thanks Charmaine for the lovely stay!

The house was amazing and designed in a very chic and modern layout with thoughtful art paintings throughout the house. All beds were comfortable and clean. The host takes a lot of pride in cleanliness for the house. We had a small issue with the thermostat going out and the host Charmaine was there at the location within 5 minutes and she had the whole issue resolved within 40 minutes. We greatly appreciate Charmaine’s hospitality and if you need a place to stay, especially if wanting to be close to Magnolia Silos, be sure to include this place at the top of your list.

The Art house is a cute 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom home filled with art. It is within walking distance of Magnolia/Silos, downtown breweries and Balcones distillery, and across the freeway from Baylor University. The property was homey, modern, clean, and the owner had snacks, waters, and coffee for the guests. If Waco is your destination, this is the rental for you!

We are a group of four adult cousins who take a small trip each year. Wow... What a treasure this home is! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom - very comfortable beds and nice towels and toiletries. Assorted coffee and snacks were available in the super clean and shiny kitchen. There was a comfortable seating area inside and out back, plus a great table where we ate and played games. So conveniently loctated to "all the things" in Waco. I cannot say enough positive things about this property. Charmaine has created a perfect oasis for visitors to Waco. The Art House is beautiful with high end touches. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and have soft linens. It is located within a couple of blocks from The Silos and numerous restaurants. But it is also a quiet, secluded location which is perfect for relaxing on the back porch. Charmaine and her husband truly cares that their guests have a wonderful experience during their stay and provide a nice assortment of snacks, coffee, teas, and hot chocolate. This is by far the best VRBO our group has stayed at - you will not be disappointed!

Amazing property. Each bedroom has it’s own restroom with shower. My bed was very comfortable. While it is downtown we felt very safe. Anything and everything you could ever need was provided - except scissors lol.
Very close to the Silos and downtown restaurants. Home owner quickly responds if needed. We would like to come back again sometime. Also a plus the two homes next to it are owned and rented by same person. So if you want a smaller space or an extra house for more friends and family it can easily be provided.
