It was a beautiful property. Everything was as listed. Our family wanted to all be together and this property allowed that to be for our only big family vacation.

Great place for families to stay right outside of town

Lovely time spent in the house. Really enjoyed the pool table and outdoor decks. Sleeping arrangements were excellent for our party of seven.

Overall, we enjoyed the location and house. No major complaints. =) With that said, I felt welcomed by the "love" in the house, via meaningful signs and little warm touches. Downstairs was nicer than upstairs (carpet nice/newer downstairs). Upstairs carpet could use updating. Not meaning to be harsh, here, but I wouldn't call it "clean." =( It's just old, marked up, and needs replacing (or a wood floor, IMO). Couches and ottoman in the main living room were a bit too soft for comfortable sitting, IMO. Not bad, per se, but not good, IMO. Kitchen was nice and well supplied. Rug in the primary/master bedroom (below TV) could use updating. Master bed was firm and comfortable, and that shower was very nice.The grounds around the house were a bit unkempt. I cleaned it up myself (some trash here and there, gravel/rocks out of place, weeds growing where they're not supposed to, etc. I'd say the lights (light bulbs) could use more uniformity and attention. Some were out (front doorway), and most were "white light" (not a very warm feel) and some "soft light," which wasn't all that attractive (just giving feedback, here). Pool table, foosball table, and arcade game were nice, and kids enjoyed those. Other than that, we were grateful for the nice place to stay, and had room enough for everyone. Peace to you, JN

We had a great stay at this house in Branson. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and very roomy. The only thing that could have made it better would be some complementary coffee on arrival. There are no perishables available in this house so please arrive with your own. But, I would highly recommend this home for a large group.

Staying at the beautifully decorated home was such a joy for our travel party. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms had basic toiletries, kitchen well stocked with dishes, and supplies for keeping the home clean were provided. This condo/home is located at the tippy top of the ridge. You could look over the other homes below. The drive up is fun but challenged the stomachs of a few of my friends. Located not far from Branson, very close to Silver Dollar City, and Branson West has a convenient Walmart and Walgreens. Highly recommend!

Kitchen well stocked, appliances high tech worked very nicely. View beautiful, pool table was very nice, enjoyed arcade, patios and view very nice, tvs in all bedrooms netflex and Disney included, we had 11 people and so much room. Was close all places we wanted to go,. Enjoyed the pool down the hill also. Excellent choice. Trash bins were conveniently located. Thanks for an excellent family vacation.

The game room with video games, foosball, card table, and pool table kept us all busy with fun things to do. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious for everyone. We had a great extended weekend in Branson! We had 15 total stay and we were all very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great condo for our family to meet up in. Our biggest complaint was the kitchen shade was broke and we couldnt raise it to see outside. We gathered mainly at the kitchen table and couldnt see out. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful views!

House worked very well for our family vacation-everyone had space and the large open kitchen, family room, and eating area created a great sense of togetherness and the screen porch was great

A family of 14, 6 kids, 1 teen and 8 adults stayed at this property. Plenty of room, entertainment of games and TVs. Nice large kitchen and beautiful view.

The house has the lived in look thru out. We seen several holes in the walls and scuffs from chairs hitting the walls but it in no way affected our stay. I would highly recommend this location. You do have to go to the second entrance ( 2 miles West ) to gain access to the gated community. That would have been helpful to know.

The property is in a beautiful resort. The property was not new as I assumed by title, but it was a nice place. There are minor repairs that could’ve been done to make stay better. We had everything we needed for our stay, the family had fun and enjoyed the trip.
