El trato de las recepcionistas no recuerdo los nombres pero las chicas muy muy amables, serviciales. El venezolano súper amable, servicial y guapo.

El peor hostal en el que he estado en toda mi vida. Cucarachas en todas las estancias: dentro de la cama, en la cocina, la ducha, el lavabo. Los baños sucísimos, la cocina peor, no hay utensilio que estuviese limpio. El staff bastante decepcionante y antipáico, sólo Edward fue amable y estaba ahí para cualquier duda. Las camas y sábanas sucias llenas de pelos. La habitación privada sin baño privado mide 1m², parece una habitación carcelaria. Sin ventilación ni espacio para nada. Muy cara la habitación para lo que es. Horrible. Lo único bueno es la ubicación del hostal, cerca de la zona de bares y del parque El Poblado. No recomendaría a nadie este hostal jamás.

It's my second time and I won't stop going, it's the best priced hostel in the area for what you get. The staff is amazing, and Yecenia and the team helped me out everytime.

ACHTUNG !!! Obwohl man die Übernachtung BAR bezahlt hat und in der Unterkunft übernachtet hat, erhält man einige Tage später eine Mail, dass SIE in der Unterkunft nicht erschienen sind. Somit müsste die Unterkunft die Übernachtung erneut in REchnung stellen. Also buchen SIe den gleichen Betrag nochmal von der Kreditkarte ab!!! Deshalb kann ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen!!! Ersparen sie sich einfach diesen Ärger.

The dorms only have one plug for charging purposes, and there are 4 people per room so two of them are not gonna have access to electricity at all. Women’s bathroom was mostly clean but men was disgusting and the showers always clogged and you feet get wet from that dirty water why you shower. The room only has one small fan and it doesn’t turn in all directions, so only one person will have the fun and again there are 4 ppl per dorm so not cool. There were roaches in the room. Some guest are nasty and the workers do not do anything about it, my roommate didn’t change clothes for 3 days and he would eat in the bed. The whole room had a nasty nasty small, we had to sleep with the door open to get some air because I was getting dizzy of the smells and hot weather with one poor broken fan. Also the metro station is like 20 min walk and uphill not too close tbh
