Spacious, clean and centrally located - just what my family and I needed for a home base for the weekend!

The owner was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The home was clean, safe, and very comfortable.

When we arrived we found so many extras, fruit basket, muffins, breakfast and treat items. Kristy was helpful from start to finish and kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. Our friends fell in love with the place. Our boys raced BMX during the three days and it was a great place to come back to relax, sit on the deck and grill out. Highly recommend!!!!

We were happy to be able to take a vacation with our dogs. Although the property wasn't fully fenced in, it had a very large yard -- which was great for the kids & dogs to play. The great room was indeed large with some nice views of the river. The amenities were also very nice -- lots of supplies and the breakfast fixings were a nice touch.

Definitely recommend staying here . Perfect for big family get together

From booking to check-out, we had a spectacular experience! We had family coming in from out of town to celebrate our Christmas and our apartment was just too small to accommodate them but we wanted everyone under one roof. Kristy was so helpful and accommodating with stockings on the mantle, a fully decorated Christmas tree and extra beds for the kids. (The jacuzzi tub was an AMAZING bonus for the wife and I as we only have a stand up shower at home lol) Very clean and beautiful home with a great view of the river from the back porch. Along with the juices, bottled water and snacks; we absolutely couldn't have asked for a better place to relax, make memories and enjoy some solid, quality time with family. 10 out of 10!!! 😊😊😊

Loved staying here! Sitting out back on the porch drinking coffee with the view of the river and the trees was so relaxing. The hosts were super sweet and they had a ton of extra blankets, basically everything you need. Would definitely rent this out again next time we visit

Terrific location on the river and a very nice property. The manager took wonderful care of us when we had questions. The extra touches of some breakfast food in the fridge, snacks on the counter, and basic cooking staples made it easy to move in.

Large house with great view out back. Had coffee, juice, snacks and other amenities that arent generally available. Very easy process, place is great.

Four of us in my family stayed here and used it as a home base during the time around the memorial service for our matriarch. It was well stocked with staples like dishwasher detergent and laundry pods, better than other VRBOs I've experienced, and even had some snacks/breakfast items provided so we didn't have to go shopping the night we arrived. The space worked well for the whole family (around 20 of use) to gather after the memorial for a more private remembrance, with both indoor and outdoor space for folks to spread out (we did bring some lawn chairs so more people could sit out front in the shade during the afternoon when sun hits the back patio). Note that the bathrooms accessed from the outside as mentioned in the listing are only available for larger events like weddings; there is one toilet inside the space that guests can use without having to walk through the bedrooms. The host was easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions and requests.

Our family stayed here for a handful of days and had a great time. The property is spacious with a beautiful front yard for children and dogs to run around and the back fenced patio is large, partially covered to provide shade and rain protection and faces the river, making for a relaxing outdoor experience. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items and snacks, cooking utensils, spices and everything you could want for making meals, which we greatly appreciated throughout our stay. There were even board games and puzzles, cards and magazines. We highly recommend staying here especially with a larger family with kids.

Open concept was great - tons of space both inside and in the yard for games with family and friends. The place came with a ton of great snacks and food for us. Host was responsive throughout the weekend. Our group enjoyed the stay and would definitely return!

Property was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and well supplied. The back deck overlooking the river was perfect for coffee in the mornings. We were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast items, snacks, and even a birthday cake and card as she knew we were celebrating birthdays. Kristy was easy to get in touch with and very responsive for all inquiries. Her rating as a super host is well deserved. I would definately recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Kristy provided a very welcoming and cozy home. Check-in was very easy. House was very spacious and with 2 master bedrooms with ensuite was very nice. Sitting on the patio overlooking the Rock River was very enjoyable. We will definitely stay again!

This was a very nice and clean property. Loved the amount of space for all of us. Host was very responsive to any questions. We had a great view of the river also.

The property manager was very kind and helpful to us. We were in Rockford for an emergency trip due to family illness. It was a real comfort to return to property each night to a warm fire and cup of hot tea.

Everything about this property felt like home. There's enough room to stretch out, yet it's quite cozy. The host had also provided everything we might have needed. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we would happily stay here again.

Property owner Kristy was excellent at communicating and very thoughtful in preparing the property for our arrival. The home was meticulously clean, with updates. The home was a perfect set up for my wife and me and three teenage children. A+!!

Kristy was quickly responsive and supplied many extras for breakfast which were much appreciated. We were visiting for a family memorial service and Kristy was so thoughtful that she left a condolence card. The house was ideal for 2 couples and it was particularly convenient to the Wesley Willows retirement community.

Home is different in its design as it is one huge living area accompanied by 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath inside. Found out later there is a public restroom outside for use when other events are planned. Quite a large front and side area to accomodate social events too. We were pleasantly surprised with the conditions inside - most items in great shape and of good quality. Huge jacuzzi tub in one bath and walk in shower in other. Both had 2 shower heads!!! Plenty of household goods (sheets, towels, glasses, dishes, silverware,etc) for our needs. Also supplied cleaning products, snacks, coffee, sugar, tea, condiments etc. There was even orange juice, bagels, eggs, butter, cream cheese, ketchup, mustard and mayo in the fridge. Also some pelligrino (put couple of bottles up above fridge since we did not drink this.). Any problems were handled very quickly. Was peaceful to be on the river and I understand the old apartment units are scheduled for demolotion - should make for a much nicer view. Tad's (great burgers!) down the way was not overly bothersome with noise, but did get quite crowded the last Sunday we were there. Kristy was wonderful to deal with and even gave us a gift card to try out JK Nippon in Rockford - great Japanese food! We also ate at Sam's Italian and RBI-both had excellent food. We were in Rockford to visit with family and friends. Didn't do much exploring of Rockford itself. We were quite pleased with Rockford Executive Inn and do recommend it.

This place is a big open living area with two master suites.... hosted a great Easter Day gathering for family and it was ideal....Kristi was wonderful before during and after. Maintenance staff responded immediately to a couple of needs....we had a great time here.... kitchen was fully equipped to cook for just three or a dozen.... loved the electric fireplace n deck n huge play yard too

The booking process was very simple Christy was very helpful her property was very clean and she was willing to do anything to make her stay pleasant at our surprise she had left a sympathy card and flowers for the family I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay in the Rockford area

This is a beautiful place with a well appointed kitchen. It is large enough to spread out and still allow a family to be together too. The house is even larger than the pictures make it look. The host and staff are extremely kind and responsive. They even made sure our dog had a bed, and put up. Christmas tree. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.
