Loved the staff. Everyone was just happy to be there to help. Everything looked clean and well maintained. Even in the am the guys working cleaning lobby where super friendly. I think some places we stay at the staff tends to ignore you. But not here everyone ask me how I was doing?.

The fridge in our room didn’t work. I forgot to tell them at checkout. I put drinks in there thinking they would be cold when I got back. I’m not one to complain. I know things happen. I just grab three buckets of ice. Which where handy done stairs. Cleaned and stacked. Along with some cups that where wrapped in plastic.👍

Breakfast was great. Staff was accommodating. Room was more than adequate.

It would be helpful to have the cleaning staff turn off all alarms on the bedside clock when cleaning the room for the next guest.

I’ve loved every part of this hotel every time I’ve stayed here! I really love the gluten free accommodations with breakfast as I have celiac disease.

The only issue I had this particular time was with the air conditioning. Over night it got very hot in our room and when we attempted to cool it down again it wouldn’t cool down much. It was very hot and hard to sleep due to that.

All of the staff was very friendly. The lady working the desk when we checked in was welcoming, nice, and helpful. The ladies working the breakfast Sunday morning were all friendly and cleanly. The lady working the desk when we checked out was also very friendly and asked if I needed a printed receipt which I feel is overlooked at hotels now days. My fiancé and I even ran into a housekeeper in the hall who was very pleasant, maybe it's the area, but it was a nice change from other hotel experiences I have had.

We did not experience any unpleasantries during our stay.

The breakfast was great. Everything is all new and modern. They had recycling for our plastic bottles.

They set the fan to run continually to block the freeway noise.

The hotel was clean and very accommodating. I loved the soap dispensers. The body wash had a clean, fresh scent. The shower stalls eliminated water all over the floor. It's a great location for the money.

On this trip (I have stayed here before) the employee who was manning the breakfast station was not using best sanitary practices and that bothered us (she did not wipe down the handle of the shared milk container when she knew there was peanut butter on it ?? quite gross and not attentive to others who might have a nut allergy!!) Other than that, overall everything else at this location was a 10

The loud bus at 5 am waiting for a female sports team which was very loud when walking in the halls
