Location was perfect! Close to all the downtown restaurants and bars. A short $16 Uber ride to the racetrack.

Great location - we were able to walk everywhere we needed. The loft was very spacious and beautiful. Our kids enjoyed having the pool table to entertain them on the rainy days!

The property is fantastic for small groups. The kitchen is great for meals and the living areas perfect for relaxing. My family returns each year and this property is among the best we have experienced in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon stay! The location was perfect for a walkable trip. The loft was well-stocked, the manager was very helpful and responsive, and the property was so… for lack of a better word… cool! We will definitely return!

The lofts are always very clean and organized. We only stay at one of the owners properties when in town. The location is within walking distance to all the attractions. Already have our next trip back planned!

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Spacious kitchen. Very clean. Close to everything in town; within walking distance. 10/10 recommend.

This loft is not only gorgeous but a piece of history. It was beautifully decorated and furnished. The balcony allows you to see all the action below and is a short walk away from almost anything on central. We can’t wait to come back to visit again.

Location is great. Cigar smoke from below was heavy in room. Back bathroom had bad squeaky floor. Master bedroom door needed to be repaired.

We had an amazing time. This place was exactly as described. Perfect location for enjoying all of the activities Down town Hot Springs has to offer.

We left 29 hours before check out time- should say enough. The noise from the bar and the upstairs blaring music and the smell - miserable.

First of all the house was amazing. Clean, trendy and well stocked with everything you could need. The atmosphere was exciting. Great walking distance for shopping, food and entertainment. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home with a twist of adventure.

This was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed at using VRBO. The house was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. We walked everywhere. We would definitely come back!

Wow! What a gorgeous home! The decor, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the COMFY beds and the comfiest couch.. even the Murphy best was comfortable! The location CANNOT be beat. Steps from so many good restaurants and a block from bathhouse row and so much shopping. We needed help with our code and I received a call from the owner less than a minute after sending a message. The balcony with chairs to sit and watch cars and people watch was nice. My ONLY complaint is the cigar lounge below.. and this is, I’m sure, a HUGE frustration to the owners. I cannot imagine having a business/home as beautiful as this and having to deal with that. But As someone who is allergic to cigars, I immediately had problems, and I’m still dealing with it since I’ve been home… but if I had it to do over, I’d have stayed there again. #worthit No one else had any issues, and they are all still RAVING about our accommodations. I just felt it did need to be noted. Again, I wouldn’t have changed a thing… but it should come with a slight warning. They are beyond accommodating and I was so thankful they welcomed our large group in to stay! Thank you thank you!!
