Great place

This place was excellent. Such a cool experience.

I was in hot springs for my best friends wedding and fortunately I stumbled across this loft on VRBO. It is the perfect location downtown literally across from the bath house. I brought her here a few days before her wedding at Garvin Gardens to just relax from all of the wedding planning. It’s such a cute place. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!! Host was VERY responsive and available!!

Property is very convenient but is above a noisy bar with live music. So unless prepared to go to bed after 1 am every night suggest another place.

The property is more beautiful than what the pictures show online. It was very clean and comfortable. Fresh towels. Great kitchen ready for use. Ashton, our hostess, was very good at communicating and making sure we knew where to go and park during check-in. This roomy two-bedroom apartment is 30 seconds from everything. The Ohio Club is one floor below, but we never did have any issues with falling asleep from the band playing right below us. It was equivalent to falling asleep with the tv on. I recommend this property to others. You're going to love it.

This is a great property lots of history like staying in a museum. We did not even drive the whole weekend just walked to everything near by. Will stay again.

super cool history in every room. updated kitchen and bathroom. antiques were so cool throughout loft! i loved all the unique pictures.

Communication was great and very responsive with Ashton. There location was great! Loved all the historic memorabilia and the stories along with them.

Great Property in the Middle of Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs!

This loft is truly a gem and full of history of its own. Very comfortable, and the location couldn't be more perfect. We parked our car in arrival and didn't move it until we checked out. So much to do in waking distance, and a great central location for when you need to rest your feet. The Ohio Club is just downstairs, with some excellent food and great jazz on Thursday night. We knew it might get loud with the bands playing right before us all weekend, but it didn't keep us from enjoying ourselves or even sleeping. There was a problem with the air conditioner during our stay, but Ashton was very responsive, checked out out right away, and got a technician on it quickly. The whole stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding two bedroom apartment. Met all of our needs. The bar downstairs is noisy but shuts down early enough to not interrupt your sleep. I haven’t experienced any other Hot Springs air B&Bs, but I can’t imagine any nicer than this.

The apartment had everything we needed. The design and decor was fabulous! Another great feature was being able to shop, eat and have drinks all in walking distance! Will definitely come back!

This property is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect. If there was only one con, it’s that the noise from the live music below goes til midnight on weekends, so, don’t book if you are a light sleeper and expect to be asleep by midnight.

Love staying here! The location is perfect for walking to all the Hot Springs spots and bathhouse row. Interior was true to the history and decorated so fun. We loved the old photos! Ohio Club is right downstairs so we popped in to grab some burgers. The black and blue burger will not disappoint! Neither will the onion rings. The only slight con I can think of is parking. There are 2 “to-go” spots where you can unload. We were able to grab this when we first arrived but there were cars in the spots most of the time. We had to ask the Waters Hotel next door if we could use their valet spot when checking out to load the car. They were very nice and all was good! Would stay here again no doubt.

Can't recommend this property enough! The best loaction in Hot Springs if you plan on hitting the spas, bars, and restaurants. Everything was clean and in great working order. Check in was simple and the property manager was quick to reply with an questions.

Great trip!

We stayed in Hot Springs for a quick girl's weekend. The property was everything that it is described to be. Super fun decor, clean, and centrally located to everything on Bath House Row. We loved all the little touches that were provided, like the stocked snacks and coffee. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely rent this location again.

This was the first time I’ve used VRBO but it did not disappoint. Everything was so nice. We did go down and have dinner and enjoyed Jazz night at the Ohio Club. If you aren’t a fan of music that would be the only thing you might want to consider because you can hear the band upstairs. For us it was perfect and the owner was upfront about the music. We will be back and talked about booking again before we even left. The view is beautiful and just across the street from the Quapaw. Food at the Ohio club was very tasty too. You will definitely enjoy yourself while staying here.

The property was better than expected. Absolutely wonderful! So many cool and unique decorations. It was perfect in every way. I just wish the weather would have been as nice. Check in was a breeze, the bed was very comfortable and the appointments were top notch. Every little thing was thought of down to having drinks, a bottle of champagne, coffees and snacks. We will be back

We had a fantastic time! The venue was clean, comfortable, and we loved the decor. Only issue we really had was just a little hiccup with the door code to get in. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful. Planning on coming back again.
