Communication with the management company is the best. The apartment has an excellent location--Kerrytown, Main Street shopping and restaurants and campus are all less than 1/2 mile walks. Note that the property is across the street from the Blind Pig (music venue) and if you go to sleep before 1AM on the weekend, bring a white noise machine or app. Very nicely appointed. Shades and baseboards could use dusting, but generally quite clean. Enormous windows on a corner unit provide lots of light during the day--the metal slat shades (they still make these?) are not great at blocking light, so bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to light. One guest was in a wheelchair and the apartment in very accessible for someone in a wheelchair (although bathrooms aren't ADA friendly). Recommended!

This place was large, airy, and very clean! We loved staying here and highly recommend it. It is bigger than it looks. The keyless entry worked perfectly.

My mom and I stayed here for a few days during a graduate school trip to U of M. Our beds were so comfortable and the pillows were amazing! The space was open and had all the necessities you could think of. Loved the close proximity to shops and restaurants.

The best part of this VRBO is its location in Ann Arbor. It was possible to walk to everything we wanted to do - restaurants, museums (at U of M), stores. I would recommend this to anyone who is traveling to Ann Arbor.

We stayed in this apartment for a long weekend and loved our stay. The views are beautiful with lot's of natural light and windows. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size, beds are comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this listing.

Nice apartment it was a little bit noisy . Not sure if it was neighbors or people outside but there was a lot of noise until about 130 am. That was a little annoying because we had to be up early the next day. Otherwise nice apartment.

Good communication with property manager with any concerns that came up. There isn’t a luggage cart, so for a 72 yr old and 65 yr old that was a lot of trips. We were in town for 8 days, so we had a lot of stuff, including my medical supplies. It’s a beautiful property. Tv was unfamiliar for us old folks. A card with use information probably would have been helpful for us old folks.
Again this is a beautiful property and we would gladly stay here again!

I was traveling with my two young boys, looking to visit some family and catch a Red Wings game. I wanted something that was conveniently located in Ann Arbor so that I didn't have to rent a car, and this place was perfect.
Everything was super easy, from following the check in instructions, the preparedness and cleanliness of the place, and the interaction with the property manager.
To top it all off, my son left one of his stuffed animals behind, but the property manager contacted me after the cleaning crew found it and took the time to mail it back to us. In most situations, this never happens. Only someone with a good heart would try to help.
Looking forward to next year's trip to AA and we hope we can book this place again!

This is a terrific place to stay in Ann Arbor. The apartment is spacious and clean with comfortable beds, a nicely stocked kitchen and other amenities, and a convenient free parking spot. You can head right out the door to the best of the Main Street area’s restaurants, coffee shops, beer gardens, clubs, etc. The staff is responsive and helpful and all their systems for checking in etc. are well designed and easy to follow. I would definitely come back.

The property was amazing, great location downtown and in walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants. The loft was very spacious and was perfect for a small family. Great views of the city and very clean. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and it is a nice apartment. Only issue to know about is parking can be a challenge during evenings as it is public parking, not just for apartment building. So at times there will not be spots available. Otherwise, great stay in a location with lots of restaurants, museums, and shops nearby and easy access to all UofM sites. We will gladly stay here again in our next Ann Arbor trip and recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in great location with easy secure parking. We walked to a bunch of great restaurants and bars nearby. The condo was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy communication with hosts also. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in the apartment. The location in downtown Ann Arbor was fantastic and wr had a lovely view. The apartment was nicely laid out, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living space. It was a little noisy on the weekend, but that's Ann Arbor. Parking in the structure was we easy. We will stay again!

Mitten house had great communication! Day of we were prepped for arrival. When we arrived the instructions were flawless. Once in the unit it was spotless, well equipped & the beds were incredibly comfy! Super convenient to everything and very thankful the stay came with parking!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of downtown AA. Close to everything. Instructions on how to get in were easy and thorough. Apartment was well stocked with everything you need. The only downside is that it is across the street from a popular nightclub, so expect to hear noise well into the wee hours, and there is also a train (we discovered) that comes through in the middle of the night (more than once in same night). Light sleepers might find this a big negative. I put on headphones after 1st night and that helped. The location can’t be beat though, so I guess if you want to be in the middle of everything, you can’t complain that it’s too noisy being in the middle of everything. I would stay here again.

This condo was in a great location you can walk everywhere and we loved the little deck and the beds were very comfortable are only suggestion is to replace the carpet

This unit was exactly as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of open space and light. It is right in the middle of lots of restaurants and clubs and just a few blocks from the Diag. Communication with the property manager was excellent...I locked myself out at one point and they were able to talk me back in. The only downside of the great location is that you might hear it late at night on weekends when the clubs let out.

The toilet ran on and off all night. Nothing that can’t be easily fixed but for the rate charged you would expect better. I would also recommend they install basic cable so you can watch main stations. It has Roku but is time consuming to set things up to watch a football game. Overall it was a good experience but it could have been great. T
