Property is warm and inviting. We were there for a horse show, not Magnolia and so no oven or dishwasher was not a big deal.
Bed is nice, just soft. Staircase for teen was easy to navigate.
Communication with manager was
Not great. I asked for an early checkin of 2
And never got a response…even though we left at 6:30 am on Sunday.
Worst of all was that I forgot my pillow and despite trying to get it back, I received zero call back…

Second time to stay here for visiting Baylor. Perfect for what we need. Convenient for everything Baylor and Waco has to offer.

Nice little home right downtown. Minutes away from the Magnolia Silos, all of downtown and to the shuttle for the Baylor games.
Nice touch was the multi flavored coffee options and free snacks and water.
One note: there is a bedroom downstairs but the upstairs bedroom is a loft with some narrow/steep steps. Anyone with small children or older that might have knee or balance issues might be careful.
Other than that, its a great place!

Great family weekend. Easy walk to Sat homecoming parade. Short walk to good restaurants. Quick drive to Baylor campus. House was decorated nicely & comfortable. Nice touches like snacks, coffee & cookies! Owner is so nice & accommodating! Thanks for a great stay

This property is so charming! It's small but we had plenty of room for our quick stay in Waco. The house was very clean, decorated beautifully, parking right next to the house, and had everything we needed. 3 minute walk to Magnolia! We will be back!

The place was close to Silos & walking distance to shopping & eating.
We had 4 gals, it was a little tight with our bags & small closet space. Bathrooms were small. Overall it was a nice 3 night stay.

We loved our one night stay at this cute small home. It was perfect for two couples and we were able to walk to Magnolia. A lot of cute touches including a welcome bottle of bubbly. I loved how there were coffee pods and snacks- it was like staying at a friends house.

Everything was so clean with nice quality! Great location to Magnolia Silo’s…easy 2 block walk! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

This property is a couple of blocks away from the Silos, and it is a wonderful place to stay. The design was well thought out and just perfect for a weekend getaway. The host added some extra touches, which were so wonderful for the holiday season. There was a small Christmas tree with lights, lots of Christmas books, and even a Merry Christmas sign. What a treat! The property was clean and inviting. It looks just like the pictures. There is parking right next to the unit. We would highly recommend.

Property is in a great location - close to Magnolia, Baylor and plenty of good dining options. Property was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the snack basket and coffee/tea supplies. Highly recommended this rental!

We stayed here when we moved our daughter into Baylor. The location was perfect as it was close to campus. The house is a bit smaller than we realized but it was the perfect size for what we needed. The customer service was fantastic. Check in/check out was simple. We felt welcomed and had all we needed to be comfortable. They went above and beyond by leaving us a thoughtful note and a box of cookies! We would definitely reserve this house again!

Cute little place!
Cute little place. Clean, comfy beds. I didn't realize there was no oven/cooktop (likely my fault for not thoroughly reading description). Also no laundry. Would definitely stay here again for a short trip.

Magnolia Cuteness
Loved our stay! Tiny house was just like the photos. Walking distance to the Silos and a few other places close by. We did Magnolia in half a day then walked uptown and hit a few boutiques, drove to dinner then tried finding some of the Fixer Upper homes. What a great trip for a Fixer Upper followers. Would come back and stay two night. We missed the Spice Shopping area due to lots of places being closed on Sunday so plan ahead and make dinner reservations ahead also.

Sister Spring Break Trip
My sisters & I stayed here for our annual spring break trip. The property is absolutely darling & really fit the "theme" of our trip - all things Magnolia! The only downfalls were a couple of spiders & loud construction each morning. The location is wonderful though - we walked everywhere we went. It was so nice not to have to worry about parking. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone going to Waco & would totally stay here again if I were to ever come back!

Love the loft!
What a cool, cozy place to stay during our Waco visit! It appears the area is going through a major revitalization that looks to be amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Second floor no place for luggage {had to keep on floor}, no place to hang clothes. 1 hook in bathroom and no pace to put out toiletries. No room around bed. Keep hitting feet on platform. TV up so high very hard to watch. Killed my necklace.
First floor Bedroom also tight. Tv no instructions to watch local tv. 2 coffee mugs and not enough for 4 people. No Refrige for even ice cubes. Had to buy ice every day to enjoy a class of cold water.
No enough thought went into this.

Close to Magnolia Market and downtown venues
We enjoyed our stay and the very close vicinity of Magnolia Market and downtown events. The property was very clean and the check-in process was easy. There was construction around the property but it was not a nuisance to us. We would stay there again.

nice place.
The only negatives would be there was not a stove or freezer. Guess we just assumed there would be. Stove was not that big of a deal but it sure would have been nice to have some ice.
Also the stairwell jets out and we hit the corner on several occasions. Splitting a head open. In the future tenants should put something on there to remind them or the owner should flop the room and divert the traffic away from the stair instead of to it. Other than that we really liked the place and really we enjoyed it.
