5 stars for sure! This place was very clean and just as advertised on VRBO. Great communication with the host as everything went smooth. Location walkable to many Waco restaurants and Magnolia. A perfect place for Baylor homecoming weekend!

Very convenient for where we wanted to visit, clean, comfortable, easy to get to. It was generally quiet but one morning some people talking at the community ministry a little bit down the street. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy little apartment close to the action in downtown Waco. Very clean! Host provided candy, which my kids enjoyed and coffee, which I enjoyed, for our stay. Also provided recommendations for area eating establishments which was very helpful!

We came to Waco so I could run the Magnolia marathon. This was walking distance to the Silos which made it very convenient. Very clean, nice apartment in a very cool redone old building. I highly suggest staying here.

This was the perfect spot. Our car was in a gated parking lot and the apartment was very quiet. Loved how close we were to Magnolia!! Comfy bed and very clean!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of three! We were close enough to The Silos that we actually walked to them on two different occasions and then had easy parking for the other times we went. Loved how close it was to the Brazos River and Baylor as we enjoyed walks at both of these places. Place was just as pictured and Miller and Kailey were so easy to deal with and communication was great! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Waco!!

Location was perfect for the spots we planned to visit in Waco. Close to Silos which was a primary reason for our visit. Unit was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Great place to come back to at the end of the day just to relax. Communication with host was very good. Great place to stay if your are visiting Waco attractions.

What a great little condo in Waco. It was within blocks of downtown and a bunch of great bars, restaurants and the Silos. Parking was super easy and the condo was very quiet. Great place to stay! I would highly recommend staying there if you are in town for a few days. The owners were very easy to communicate with. 5 stars!!

This place far exceeded my expectations. The host was very specific on the check in process, it was easy & quick. The place is nicely updated, CLEAN so clean which is so nice to see. They made us feel very welcome & it was a short walking distance to downtown. The on-site parking was a plus. I highly recommend anyone staying in the area to pick this place to stay. It was all good

There is evidence of water. Leakage at ceiling level of bedroom and we were concerned about mold spores. The train passing during night!!!! The TV volume was set and we weren’t able to raise. Pristine in all other respects. Would NOT recommend 😢

My husband and I stayed a week in this lovely apartment in downtown Waco. We enjoyed our stay and liked the location and amenities. Our only negative comment was that the furniture could use an upgrade. The sofa was quite uncomfortable and the bed was comfortable but squeaked terrible on one side.

Great place to stay. Felt very secure - keyless entry was nice and was gated. Very clean. It had everything we needed and more. It was nice being close to downtown. We stayed for two weeks and it was like a little "home away from home."

This cute apartment was perfect for our few nights stay in Waco. It’s an area that is in the process of rebuilding with some unique trendy boutique type of shops. It was close to everything including the Magnolia Silos. Felt safe waking around once we had an opportunity to explore the surrounding area. Miller was a great host. Very responsive and detailed.

Wonderful location and property. Extremely clean! The owners were always prompt to reply to any questions I had and quick to provide information head and during my stay! Fantastic location for the homecoming parade.

The condo was perfect for my wife and I during our three night stay in Waco. The building is located within easy walking distance from downtown. We walked down for coffee both mornings and had lunch at Union Hall one of the days and visited the Magnolia Silos another day. Parking area is gated and building/unit access is very straightforward using numeric keypad. The unit is exactly as presented in pictures and includes all the essentials should you decide to prepare a simple meal rather than enjoying the eating options offered in Waco. The availability of a washer and dryer was great for us as our Waco stay was at the end of a two week trip to west coast. The unit would work for a couple of any age.

The apartment was crisp and clean and the communication from the owners was clear and helpful. I would improve sound management though, as loud traffic and shouting in the streets made it difficult to sleep in the early morning hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay for the night when visiting Waco. The pictures in the listing are 100% accurate, but they do not show how great the apartment smells because it is so clean! The convertible couch was easy to set up and pretty comfortable as well. The only 2 things that were not the greatest was the low water pressure in the shower, resulting in longer showers to wash our hair; and the walls are thin like those in a hotel so you can hear every noise in the hallway. Neither of these things, however, would keep me from renting the apartment again.

This was one of the cleanest and well appointed vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The description was perfect, and we loved how how bright and clean it was. The bed was so comfy, and we used the pullout sofa and with the provided topper, it was comfy too. Instructions for parking, the sofa, the tv, everything were so detailed and easy to follow. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Miller and Kailey were attentive and although we didn’t have any needs while we were there, I know they would have been super responsive. I highly recommend this home. It’s close to so many things, walking distance to the Silos. So many cute restaurants. Also, nice fluffy towels! That was a nice surprise. Top-rated! Hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the apartment.

We stayed 4th of July weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a great couples get away!!! The loft was well maintained and the perfect amount of space. Plus I’m walking distance to every place we wanted to go!!! Oh and the positive was we could even see the fireworks from the window.

I was amazed in how modern and chic everything was. Very simplistic, but you didn’t miss a thing.

We had a nice stay. It was new, clean, everything worked well. We liked being downtown, it is a transitional neighborhood but we are happy to see the revitalization of downtown Waco. And it's nice to be 10-15 minutes from everything.

Very clean and the sweet touch of chocolate on the counter was a blast for my teenage girls! Very quiet, felt very safe as a mom with 2 girls and the access instructions were easy to follow!
