Our family enjoyed a quite stay in this comfortable home.

We rented the house for a friends reunion. It was spacious and welcoming. Plenty of room for hamging out. We would rent it again.

Four couples (and a college-age daughter) thoroughly enjoyed an Oaklawn racing weekend at this property. It was roomy, comfortable, and perfectly situated to the track. We enjoyed our stay, and recommend it to anyone who expects the track to be good to him/her.

The house is in a great location. Close to Oaklawn race track and downtown restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed Oaklawn and were walking distance! Crosswalk Bar, for watching the Hogs bring home a win, was a great place to enjoy some drinks. The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of rooms and beds for all guests. Great location. Highly recommend!!

We were there for the horse racing and this house was in an ideal spot. It was a beautiful neighborhood and everything in the house was perfect. Would book there again.

The house is located in a very convenient location. It has plenty of rooms to fit a large family. It is beautifully maintained and very clean. The property manager was very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

This property worked out perfect for our adult family. The location was perfectly situated between historic downtown, the casino, and the wedding at the country club. Nice quiet neighborhood with a nice front porch for morning coffee. The bed was super comfortable. Would definitely rent again. Thanks

Didn't like neighbors coming over to converse and tell all owners business and call her the b word..She was nice and very professional and polite when we did call!!!

The good: the house is big. It was 6 of us and we each had our own bedrooms. One room also had a day bed and another room had a roll away bed in the closet. This house is located near downtown, shopping, and the casino. The house is older and wasn’t quite what the pictures reflect but the largeness of the house made up for that. The bad: there’s enough parking in the back but there’s really nowhere to sit and enjoy the outside other than on the front porch. The grass and bushes needed to be trimmed/cut. We had plumbing issues in both downstairs bathrooms. We had to contact the property manager who then had to contact a plumber. The issues were temporarily fixed to allow us to continue using the facilities and we were given a credit for one nights stay. The refrigerator was nasty and we had to clean it ourselves. Connie. Janet, and Cruz were very helpful. We won’t stay at this property again but I still give it 4 stars because of the great customer service.

Was great property. Would stay again. Need some minor upgrades. Did have problem with toilets and tubs in downstairs area . Not sure if it was because of rain . There seemed to be a backup with plumbing.

We enjoyed our stay. Arkansas is very hot this time of year especially on motorcycles. The neighborhood was nice and the architecture is beautiful. A great location for fun and activities. The house was very homey and comfortable.

No issues at all. Worked out great for our family since it was a last minute booking.

House has great location just north of Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino. House was clean, and size fit our group of 5 siblings and spouses perfect. Everyone had a great time and would go back to same location.

WE LOVED IT

There are 9 of us range from age 6 to age 52 in our group & we all had enough rooms to accommodate everyone. The location is 5-10 mins to most attractions in hot spring, AR. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

The house had plenty of space both in bedrooms and parking, so that was A+. However, cleanliness was very lacking. If you walked barefooted in any room your feet would be black with dirt, bathrooms where not clean, towels had stains, and worse yet was the dishes had obviously been put into the cabinets without being washed! Had to wash grease and food off before using any of the dishes, pots, and pans. Again, space was A+.

We had a large group of extended family and there was PLENTY of space for everyone. Neighbors were friendly. The street the house us on is nice...the surrounding areas looked questionable at first but we had no issues at all with anything. Our only thing was the floors had not been swept or mopped (which wasnt really a big deal to us as everything else was clean)
