The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a great time!

The condo was decorated beautifully for the Christmas holiday as expected. The beds were super comfortable with good quality linens. Parking wasn't an issue for us. We loved the supply of games for the kids. A few things to know... The condo looked nice, but the floors and toilets weren't very clean, and there was an unknown type of pill inside the top drawer of the bedside table in the middle room. Luckily I found it before my kids got a hold of it. The men staying in the condo above us sounded like a herd of elephants through the ceiling so be prepared for the noise. It wasn't a huge issue, but did impact our kids trying to fall asleep. There are no locks on any of the bedroom doors so privacy could be an issue. The outdoor patio lights didn't work when we tried them. We could not find the dustpan to use with the broom when we needed to sweep up something. Only one dishwasher detergent pod and 2 laundry pods were provided so bring your own if you plan to do several loads or want fabric softener or dryer sheets.

Property was in a great location. Decorated beautiful for Christmas. Cocoa/coffee bar was a nice extra touch. Has everything we could have needed. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. This property is most comfortable for 5 adults as the extra trundle bed that pulls out does not allow for the bedroom door to be opened. The couch is extremely soft and comfortable and is where the 6th person slept instead of the trundle bed. Ashley is a great host and responds quickly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Good place to sleep. Mostly shopped and watched shows in Branson. Easy to get to 76 by car. Pappa John pizza delivered quick. Close to steak and shake and ihop by car.

Very enjoyable place to stay with the family

Property was very good place because with all girls you had two bathrooms and multiple rooms.

We chose this condo for the location and number of beds. We were traveling with 3 teenagers and the space was great! The beds are pretty firm and we had trouble keeping the sheets on but overall a very nice stay. The foyer of the condo could definitely use some cleaning but our apartment was nice and tidy. Thanks for the nice stay

I did like the place but as for noise level with people upstairs very noisy. And the back yard it looked bigger in the pictures. The manager was VERY NICE AND COMMUNICATED WELL! didn’t much care for the ring doorbell I felt like we weren’t trusted much of our comings and goings. I thought the place was really cute but if u don’t want neighbors upstairs rent a house. As for the price it was ok. We enjoyed our vacation Thank You!

Great place to stay off the strip, which we prefer. Plenty of space for a family with 3 bedrooms. Gracious host, easy to reach and responsive.

This property met our needs for 3 moms and 3 kids for a weekend away. We loved the 2 common bathrooms so that we could all access a bathroom when needed. There was plenty of room to sit and visit to watch some movies. We were able to use the Roku tv and then sign in to our own streaming services. Very easy to get in. We had a couple of issues but easily resolved with property owner. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

Overall, this was as expected. Everything was well kept, well stocked, and overall a pleasant stay. We had the pool to ourselves one afternoon, half the property to ourselves, plenty of parking, and all activities we did were a quick 15-20 minute drives.

Reading reviews, the condo was as advertised. Very cute decor located within distance of everything. I was here for golf, but family had lots of activities around area to enjoy. Communicating with host was great too. Responsive and accommodating. Would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much! Sorry we were problem children. Just wanted to make sure that I did the processing of the stay right. It’s my first time booking. Our dog was very bad. Bad bad bad. We are so sorry! She’s never bad at home or anywhere else. We did the insurance thing so don’t think we need to do anything else with you. We give our sincere apologies. Also our daughter left her lululemon belt bag in the far bedroom drawerer. In the night stand. It has her money and a couple other things in it. We are trying to teach her responsibilities so if there is nothing we can do trying to get it back we totally get it. We tried to look through everything and we told them to look through to make sure they got everything. Lastly we left two passes for silver dollar city for future guests to use. We feel soo bad. So please reach out if we can do anything to help in anyway. We accept ourselves as bad renters. And for the future we know we can never trust our bad doggo again. But overall you have been so great and the place was soo cute! Thanks for hosting us!

We loved the location of this house. It’s very close to all local attractions but set in a quiet area, which we liked. Kitchen had everything we needed, seating for 6 at the table would be nice with this size of house but we just pulled over the bar stools. We enjoyed our stay overall.

We had a wonderful holiday with our adult children at this adorable vrbo. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was available to us. Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you so much!!!

The VRBO was decorated very cute in every room. All the rooms were very clean. We were a bit disappointed with the bedroom that had a double bed with a twin trundle below. You could only open the bedroom door into the room about half way if the trundle was used. Also, you could not access the closet if the trundle was used. All in all it's a cute place and we enjoyed our stay!

As first timers to Branson, we didn't know where would be the best area to stay, but I can say this place was centrally located to everything. There's some driving involved, but the road layout was easy to learn and there's multiple ways back to this property depending on which side of Branson you're coming from. If you haven't been, Branson has a lot of sides. :) Overall, this property was quiet, well kept, and felt safe for our family. Check-in and out were smooth and easy. There's not much nearby food-wise, but advance planning takes care of that with all of the provided supplies in the kitchen along with ample fridge, freezer, and cabinet space. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and we stayed warm in the unseasonably cold temperatures. The front door parking was nice as well. We enjoyed our stay and will look to stay with this wonderful host again when we return someday. Thanks Ashley!

The Property was very nice, clean and in the newer part of Branson. The condo was exactly as pictured (except no grill on the patio since Condo association required owners to remove them). There is a nice common area with grills and picnic benches. Ashley was very attentive to any questions that I had before and during our stay. The Property was relatively close to the various Branson attractions. We had a very nice time and enjoyed games and family time in the condo.

This ground floor property is very convenient to most of Branson, is well appointed, and is a great value over hotels. The overall complex, including the shared entrance, does not meet the standards of the inside of this property..... but is not enough to keep us from recommending this condo! Don't hesitate to stay in this one..... you'll be pleased.

This was our first time staying somewhere other than a hotel, and I will never stay long term in a hotel again. Ashley's condo was perfect for our family and our fourteen day stay. It was like being at home. The property was kid friendly, and my kids loved it. Being able to cook meals, do laundry, and lounge around comfortably took away all the "stress" of vacation!!

This was our first time to vacation in a VRBO, we do not regret our decision at all. Our 4 teenagers were going on and on about how they want their first home to be like this one. Will be booking again!!

Nice little 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The patio looking into the cliff wasnt the best view.

This was exactly what my family needed as a place to prepare for our daughter's destination wedding. It is sweetly decorated and the layout is efficient. I have a few suggestions to make future guests more comfortable, but will contact the property manager directly about those. This condo is sooo pretty!

Very Nice condo well appointed and close to everything. Neg is the floors we're filthy. Bare Feet immediately black. Weird because everything else was spotless Need a new coffee maker, takes 30 minutes to brew.

First thoughts on arrival WOW!! Nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen supplied with everything needed to fix meals. Beds super comfortable. TVs easy to use. Several added touches that were nice surprises.

The cleanliness and the accommodations were amazing. The owner definitely values their guests and provides them with a fully stocked rental. It was spacey and in a decent location. Smart TVs in every room was a major plus with kiddos and the services provided! The only bad thing I can say was the pool wasn’t fully operational when we arrived but they fixed it a few days later. Also, the outdoor furniture was soaked (foam seating) so there was no place to sit on the patio. I would stay again:)

This condo was awesome! 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for our family of 6. The Hostess Ashley thought of everything. The condo is just like u see n pics. The beds r comfy & super cute decorations! There were 2 tabs for the washing machine. Tabs for the dishwasher, new scouring pads n the package & even dog bowls n the cabinet if u didn't bring ur own. Everything was provided with the guests n mind. Plenty of pans & cooking utensils & even a electric skillet! An iron & ironing board was perfect & even nice wood hangers n the closet. Everything looked brand new or newer. Even though we don't drink coffee, The coffee bar/ hot chocolate area was such a sweet touch! We really enjoyed r stay. Thx again! Lisa Curcuru
