too many policies only 2 people included for buffet breakfast only allowed 45 mins in pool have to wear smart clothes sliders and shorts banned. staff were helpful but have to uphold stupid policies.

Not enough variety of food. No fruit Nor enough juice Lasi was not made from yogurt Asked for cappuccino and they gave me a coffee with out explanation. My 13 year old son was told can't join breakfast as he had shorts on. Doesn't state anywhere they have a dress code for breakfast, in a result my son went without breakfast for two days. No tea coffee in rooms. Not enough towels, no iron, had to wait 4 hours for clothes when I was told would be done in an hour. Can't go swimming without swimming cap another rule. Pool was closed, cinema and bowling for two days. Terrible experience. And to top it off they charged us £30 for fitness club as an addition to the actual cost of the hotel when all facilities were out of use and wouldn't refund. The hotel is big for nothing.
