Pip's Place is the nicest condo rental we have stayed at, and we have stayed at many! It was spotless, well appointed, well supplied, and overall, very impressive. Brenda, the property manager was extremely responsive.
We were a family of 6 - grandparents, parents and 2 children. The resort amenities were wonderful, as was the onsite restaurant.
Branson is a great place to visit with children of all ages - ours are 15 and 10 - and we only scratched the surface of things to do.
We had a great week in Branson and this rental made it even better!
Pointe Royale is a beautiful resort area and very welcoming to dogs. Should we ever return to this area, we would definitely rent this condo again!

I found the condo to be gorgeous. It was very spacious for our group of eight. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with more than we even needed. The closed in patio area was perfect for my morning coffee. It was a great place to come back to after our Branson activities.

Great condo! There were six beds which allowed all the children to have their own bed. It was furnished with all that one will need. Great TV's in every room and great internet.

Pip's Place is so very nice and comfortable for a large family. The 2000 sq. feet really makes a difference when you have teenagegers in the mix. Beds were great and seating was as well.
Amenities were wonderfull: clean pool, indoor pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, basketall hoops, golf. We used the Long Creek Marina for a day of tubing on a pontoon and it and their staff were top notch. Our whole family enjoyed the stay! Would definitely rent again.

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Pips Place. My husband & I and our four children in their 20's. There were plenty of beds for everyone. We enjoyed the pickleball courts & pool. The golf course looked amazing! We were close to everything we wanted to do in Branson. There were plenty of supplies available: toilet paper, dish soap, towels, etc.... The televisions were easy to use as well. We will certainly remember this place for future visits to Branson

We really enjoyed our stay at Pip's Place! We loved the layout of the condo and the community area was nice! We loved how the bedrooms were divided up and how the loft area was used as a perfect place to put a couple twin beds! The owners were super helpful and thorough in communication. We were texted and checked on during our stay - it was super nice to have the extra touch! Would love to stay here again!

Family Fun
We had a great time at Pip's Place. It was very close to Lake Taneycomo, which was beautiful and a wonderful place to kayak. The condo was very clean, well stocked and very spacious. The property manager was so helpful!

Best Fun Family Getaway
This place was very nice. Had everything we needed including extras like toys for the kids, lots of games, Roku, soap and shampoo and all the amenities including a playground. We have 4 kids and they all had their own beds and plenty of space to play. I love that the master suite is on the main floor as we shared a bed with our toddler. We had a problem with the cable company as soon as we arrived and the manager was soooo sweet and worked very hard and quickly to make it right. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and the neighborhood was beautiful, safe and in a convenient location. The only advice I would have is to bring beach towels for the pool as they are not provided.

Amazing place.
Brenda is more than accommodating. The app she provides is off the charts. We plan to return to the area again and staying somewhere else is NOT AN OPTION. Our family couldn't have been happier.

Charming/modern place
We absolutely loved our stay! The property is nestled into the hills with a beautiful view from the enclosed porch. I was able to work from the porch (even with outside temps at only 40 degrees) because of the enclosure. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and experiences to be convenient, but far enough away for a quiet, serene evening. The amenities are fabulous and within walking distance of the condo. The inside decor is so super cute and the beds are quite comfortable! We lacked nothing in the kitchen or bathrooms. A+ stay and we will definitely be back!!

Wonderful!!
We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay for a few days and this property was perfect! Clean, everything we needed (literally, everything!) and Brenda was very accommodating and followed up when we got there to make sure we didn’t need anything. Highly recommend this property!

We only stayed 1 night after spending the day at SDC and everyone in the family was satisfied with the sleeping arrangements, plenty of space for everyone.

Family Getaway to Branson
When we chose this property, Brenda, was attentive from the start. The condo was tastefully decorated, clean and had so many amenities that included games, fans, pack and play, etc, along with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and extremely comfortable beds. We enjoyed the indoor pool as it was off-season to use the outdoor pool, pickleball court and playground. This property is located in a gated golf community and is within 10-25 minutes of so many attractions. Sights and Sounds Theater and Big Cedar Lodge and Top of the Rock Lost Canyon Cave Golf Cart Tour were a couple of our favorites. We sure enjoyed our week in Branson and our stay at Pip’s Place!😃

Have stayed at better for the price.
I am a property manager myself. For the price that we paid the quality of the upstairs unit was disappointing. There were quite a few things that need to be fixed. They are:
1 tub drain upstairs won't close
2 front porch light doesn't work
3 washer smells moldy
4 front sink in hall doesn't drain
5 Leaky toilet downstairs at the base
6 return air vent needs to be cleaned
7 coffee pot is no longer programable

Ballparks of America Tournament
Pip’s Place was very accommodating for our family! We stayed for a week and were very comfortable. It was conveniently located, spacious and clean! We enjoyed the pool, park and tiki bar! My parents and my sister and brother in law stayed with us, and we all had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Loft space was perfect for the kids. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay
The condo has a very cozy feel and close to the Branson strip. All the beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. It was stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The host was also quick to responding to any questions and very friendly. We would stay her again when visiting Branson.

Quick trip that went great.
This was our first experience visiting Branson and we had a blast for the time we had available. The property was a perfect fit for our group and gave us a nice amount of room to spread out.
The owner was quick to respond when we asked about bringing the fur baby and pleasant to work with.
The location was great with the river only being a few hundred feet and the clubhouse with pool, hot tub etc:, a couple hundred the other way. Only a couple minutes to town but a couple great spots, The Cheeky Monkey and The Star Bar BBQ, just outside the main driveway.
We loved it and can’t wait to be able to find the time to return and will be reaching out to the owner for a return journey.
