Good living room space to hangout and the apartment is modern and clean. Our host Shannon is absolutely amazing, very understanding and responsive.

The house was vey clean and very sufficient for the 4 of us, we arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in before the time given, the hosts were lovely too. The house was very close to a lot attractions and the neighbors were very friendly too

It was perfect for the 4 of us, it had tea, coffee, cereal etc there when we arrived. Wifi and Tv, lots of channels. Located ten minute drive to everything.We all had our own space, rather than stuck in hotel room. Shannon and Aaron were lovely. Definitely stay here again when we go back to Belfast. Lovely view of Belfast skyline out the back and the mountains to the side. The house was spotless. Keep up the good work guys xx

It was cosy and accommodated all of our needs. Lovely quiet location and the beautiful view of the city you can see from the back garden. Beds were very comfy and the shower was even better than the ones we got back home!

The host was quite arrogant and dishonest. I initially provided my checkin and checkout time as booking.com requested. Both checkin and checkout times were approved earlier and could be seen in the booking.com reservation, but later Shannon (host) contacted me to pay more for the checkout. She was also unaware of the checkin time although it was already communicated and approved. Because of COVID19, I had a very important video meeting to attend on check-out day so I requested couple of hours of late check out alone, while my family could have left well ahead of time. I wanted a small space so that I could sit quietly in the corner and attend the call. The host dismissed the request and said I had to pay extra (not via booking.com) if I wanted even 1 minute extra check out time. She wanted advance payment even before I could check-in. Upon arrival it was awfully difficult to find the house since the house number was not displayed on door or anywhere on the property. I had given her ample time informing of my ETA, yet there was no sign of anyone near the property. I called her again and then her partner came out and handed over the keys. Her partner was not wearing any mask and was quite careless about social distancing. The worst and immoral/unethical thing done by the host was to open a private parcel which was received a bit earlier and explicitly addressed on my name. They opened the box and did not even notify me until I asked myself. I was really angry at the host, Shannon, who lied about the parcel not being addressed on my name although it was a tracked delivery. His partner promptly asked for extra check out fee and did not give any receipt. This did not end here and next day around 8pm the host wanted to visit the house late night. I agreed but she backed out later on causing unnecessary hassle while I was driving and replying to her texts. On check out day host showed up and disrespectfully asked me to 'get out' ASAP.
