Hatalmas, kényelmes szoba. Szuperek voltak a medencék, nagyon szép a tengerpart. Hangulatos volt a vacsora, ahogy ott készült a grill, a lepény, stb. Nekünk az ételek is ízlettek. Semmi problémát nem okozott, pedig salátát, gyümölcsöket, jégkockát is fogyasztottunk.

Lehetne tisztább, illetve a személyzet elég megosztó. Voltak nagyon kedves pincérek pl a Sun étteremben, de volt ahol rettenet. A Tropical étteremben a manager igazi tahó, viccelődik illetlen helyzeteken, folyamatosan üti a pincéreket, hangosan veszekszik velük, gyerekek előtt is. Nem vicces, felháborító! Picit több változatosság elférne az ételek tekintetében, illetve több információ az alacarte éttermekkel kapcsolatban.

Nice welcoming from receptionist especially Mr Amir Ali was very friendly and helpful and Mrs Kholood Aqua bark was so entertaining

Hotel seems nice at a first glance and it has so many potential. Its seashore is good, with good-looking coral reefs.

My family (my husband and two preschool children, aged 3 and 6) and I spent 11 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival, everything started well: we quickly received our wristbands and a reservation at the Italian restaurant. However, it soon became clear that the room condition and cleaning were far from satisfactory. At first glance, the room seemed acceptable, but it quickly became apparent that the cleaning was inadequate: the floor remained dirty, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, the bed linen was never changed, and towels were not fresh. We also had to beg for toilet paper several times. We haven't got water for 3 days straight. The dining experience was also disappointing. The food quality was poor, with canteen-level offerings and repetitive dishes. The lack of meat options, tasteless salads and side dishes, and poor-quality ingredients all contributed to our dissatisfaction. The all-inclusive service was also disappointing, as many things required extra payment (popcorn and cotton candy is 1 euro), and the portions were small. The settings on the juice machines were also inadequate: the juices were either too strong or watered down. We had to queue for better food options... The lack of child-friendly services was particularly frustrating. The water activities were only open twice a day for limited periods, which was not enough for the children. There was no play corner in the restaurants, and the pools were cold. On a positive note, the beach was good, with a gently sloping shore and coral reefs, and there were various pools. However, the overall condition of the hotel was rundown and in need of maintenance. The price we paid seemed reasonable for the experience, but at the original higher price, it would have been a disappointment. Overall, we do not recommend this hotel and certainly won't be returning. The hotel is beautiful but requires significant maintenance and a change in approach to improve the experience.

Super hôtel, très propre l'ambiance est excellente. On y mange bien avec plusieurs restaurants à la carte. Le personnel toujours au petit soins. Le plus c'est les activités pour les enfants juste le rêve pour eux. Merci à Amir Ali et Mahmoud a la réception pour leurs disponibilités et réactivité afin que notre séjour se passe au mieux . MERCI encore nous recommandons cette hôtel allez les yeux fermés
