We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the host was pleasant and accommodated our special request without fuss. Location was convenient to Lake and Branson.

This property is amazing! The location and landscaping is outstanding. Both kitchens are well equipped. Plenty of towels, etc. Close to water and to Wal-Mart! As well as interesting activities for our group which ranged in age from 10 to 77. The game room was a big hit. Amazing sunset and fireworks one night, too. Swimming pool and hot tub where well used, too. Michael is awesome. Responded immediately to our concerns. We are already booked for next year. It will be our third year in a house hosted by Michael. Thanks for all the memories!

We had our family reunion with 30 people ranging from 5 months to 83 years and this property was perfect. It had the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen and dining space for all of us which is rare. We were short some kitchen linens but when I messaged they brought some immediately. We had to go to the state park for our corn hole tournament but that also was close by and perfect. All the Branson activities were easy to get to as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great property for a large family reunion with a good mix of adults, kids & toddlers. Plenty to do for the teens & kids—enjoyed the hot tub & pools. Close to Moonshine Beach & State Park Marina so easy to pop back in for dinner & trade off groups out on the boat. Plenty of seating & kitchen space for our needs.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at château cove. Our families time in a beautiful 3 story spacious home had everything we needed with a spectacular lake front view… Our family couldn’t have been more comfortable and we brought home so many sweet memories of our time there.. Thank you all so much.

Loved this house! The best equipped kitchen we have ever had since coming to Branson. Great location and close to all the attractions we wanted to do. The host was very nice and quickly responded to my questions. We would definitely book this house again!

Our family meets in Branson every 3 years. This house was wonderful. The extra bathrooms were amazing. It’s close to downtown Branson yet not noisy and commercialized. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We rented this property for our wedding parties over our wedding weekend. It was so perfect for all our friends and their spouses. They all enjoyed their stay and everyone was so comfortable and was so thankful for such a beautiful place.

Two years ago we stayed here for a youth retreat. We created one of the most memorable trips here. The kids loved just having a place to hang out. It's large enough, it's always clean, and the hot tub and pool table keeps them occupied. The kitchen/dining room makes things easy with the long tables large enough to seat all 36 of us. We will continue to visit this place and continue the tradition.

The property was very spacious considering that we had 23 people. The kitchen had all dishes and appliances that were needed. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room. The hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day.

The house was perfect. It was a beautiful home for our large family. The weather did not cooperate over Thanksgiving. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room, hot tub and wonderful community pool. When we had issues with the tv, the owner was quick to help resolve the problem. They only thing I would have changed was an outside yawning so we could have enjoyed outside without getting wet! It was truly amazing! Thanks for an amazing place to build memories with our family.

We held a church retreat for 30 women and found the property as described and perfect for our needs. We went in mid October and the scenery was beautiful! The host was quick to respond to messages and helpful when we needed things.

We had multi-generations of family memenera come in from all over the country for my hubs surprise 50th birthday.
We were granted early check in. When we arrive it looked as if the cleaning crew wasn’t done cleaning. I contacted Michael and he quickly sent a couple people to finish up. Putting the cleaning supplies and linens away. The kitchen wasn’t clean so we finished cleaning ourselves- we made it work.
We had beautiful views of Tablerock Lake and easy access to shopping and Taneycomo for trout fishing. We loved the layout and the ability to cook/feed a large group! Game-room and bunk rooms we a huge hit with the teens! The hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed by the adults!

Excellent place for a large group! Nice and roomy, beds and couches were very comfortable! The place overall was clean but could have done a better job on the floors. Everyone had really dirty feet after walking barefoot on the floors, and the babies knees were real dirty from crawling around. The kitchen was well stocked and with the size group we were, the 3 fridges came in very handy. We had a couple questions and Michael was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend staying there with a large group.

Family Reunion
We had planned for a large family get together (18 people) and this house was perfect for us. All bigs and semi bigs had their own king size bed with bathroom. The littles had the option of their own bunk bed or staying in the bedroom with their parents on a daybed. The options were endless. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils, pots & pans, dinnerware, etc! All we had to do was get there. Perfect!

Very relaxing, even with six kids 5 and under
The house was wonderful for our small family reunion. Seven adults and six kids (mostly toddlers) on our getaway and it was incredibly enjoyable. Very spacious so that each family could spread out as needed, but would have accommodated many more with ease. With the weather being hot we decided to stay on property most of the time. Both the indoor and outdoor pool were nice and clean. Michael was a great host and very responsive. 10/10 recommend.

Great location and spacious
This house was very large. We had 19 people ages 4-75. Everyone was happy with the house (huge) and location. The view was fantastic and the kitchen easily sat all of us comfortably. The property manager was very responsive and check-in and check-out was seamless. Only thing was the community pool looked bigger in pictures, but that’s just good marketing. Would stay here again and definitely have recommended it to friends with large families.

Family Reunion
A family group of 38 stayed at the property with ages ranging from 6-weeks to 88yrs old. Very convenient to Silver Dollar City and Table Rock lake. We had a boat and there was a landing only 1-1/2 miles away. Didn't care much for the 3-tier bunk beds as the top bunk is very high with a close ceiling - only older children should sleep in the upper bunks.
Could have used more night lights - we brought our own. Everything worked fine. Other than the 100+ degree heat - we had a fine time.

Awesome place!
This house was super clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to host a family reunion. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We spent a lot of time in the game room, hot tub and around the firepit. Micheal (our host) was very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. Highly recommend!

This property is amazing, house and views! When you book a large house you are never sure if what you walk into is actually what is in the pictures. This house was and more! It is beautiful, spacious, and had amazing views. Our group of 23 ladies did not feel squished. We had plenty of room but was able to have different conversations around the house. This house met and exceeded our expectation. Michael emailed me at check in to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything and then again checked on us at check out via email. The communication from the time of booking to exiting was clear and concise. We knew how to run everything in the house and was given clear expectations upon exiting. Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful memories!

Birthday party for Great Grandma !
This house was a great place for our family gathering and birthday party for our mom’s 92nd birthday ! We loved the big kitchen, having 2 refrigerators and dishwashers, they were used frequently for our group of 20. The view was beautiful of the lake, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck all day long. The town and attractions were just minutes away, and when we weren’t away from the house we were swimming in the wonderful indoor pool area there. The owner communicated all the time with me and very accommodating ! Highly recommend this house ! Thanks Michael.

50th Anniversary Family Celebration
We had a great time with family staying at the Château house. There were 20 of us, and it totally met our needs. Having two kitchens was wonderful as we ate all our meals at home. All enjoyed the hot tub, game room, patio area, and bonfire area. The only thing that could have been better was the weather as we had wanted to rent a pontoon to get out on the lake, but that is something you can’t do anything about. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to make many wonderful family memories.

Amazing place, amazing neighborhood, amazing view!
Our family of 17 stayed here during spring break. There is nothing negative to say. Everything was amazing. The house was so spacious and everyone enjoyed the game room downstairs. Just relaxing and enjoying the view in front of the fireplace was so nice. Very nice, clean and safe neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We all had our own spacious bedroom and bathroom. The bunk rooms were a hit with the kids too. Having 3 refrigerators was so nice as we cooked the entire time we were there. Branson was a great trip for our family and having a nice comfortable space to stay made it even better!
