Nice clean place to stay in Redding

We have stayed at this property on 4 occasions. It is always just as expected - tip top condition and a very easy place to stay. Has a lot of nice touches - decorations, well equipt kitchen and baths, and everything in the home works as it should. Each and every time. This is always the place I look at first when staying in Redding. It is a Northwest Redding, so near all the places we need to go. Highly recommended.

We loved this home and will come back. The amenities were modern and new the host provided toys for our kids and a game room for kids and adults as well. Very well maintained and fully stocked with a coffee bar and plenty of room for a larger family Thank you for an awesome trip

Was very pleased upon arrival on the cleanliness and the preparedness of the house for the visit being able to come in and relax cook dinner instead of going to a local restaurant sit back and joy your book and then head off to sleep. The house is far enough away from town and the highways that it is very very peaceful. It is been quite a while since I’ve had the opportunity to go to sleep hearing frogs, and crickets and night birds. the beds were extremely comfortable. The pillows were amazing. Soon as I hit the bed, I fell right to sleep. there’s no question that I will be booking this house for additional trips up to Redding. When I go fish the Sacramento river Corey is an amazing host, extremely responsive and made himself available if there was anything needed to improve our stay. I cannot say enough about how well the stay went in the stay in Corey’s house I highly recommend this house to anyone..

We planned to stay two days but we enjoying this home and Redding so much we extended our stay an extra day. It is a beautiful, comfortable home. They have thought of everything we needed and even some things we didn’t know we needed! The kitchen is great, beds comfortable, tv set up amazing! Also many games including video games. Hmmm… maybe we’ll bring our kids and grandkids next time! Honestly the best VRBO we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot!

This house is amazing! Redding, CA was only a very short overnight stay during our 2,100 mile road trip around California and this house provided a very comfortable place to rest the weary heads of my 7 member family. This house is very well appointed with numerous extras that show the owner’s thoughtfulness with regard to their guests. The rooms were large and the bedding was very nice. Although we didn’t prepare meals, the kitchen is well-stocked with necessary items. I did do laundry but only used one of the two available HE washer and dryer sets in the laundry room (come on…really? That’s a flex. Way to go.). My daughter loved the bath bombs and face masks during her late evening soak in the master bath tub and I loved the walk-in shower on the morning of departure. I would absolutely stay at this property again and highly recommend it if your travels take you to or through Redding as ours did.

Clean, well supplied, good floor plan, quiet neighborhood. Sprinklers were constantly on so kids could not utilize lawn area to play. Limited living room seating for seven.

Very quiet neighborhood, lovely and convenient location. Lots of places to sit down outdoors. Really loved the place. Inside was perfect - great open floorplan and plenty of rooms for sleeping. Fabulous round dining room table which provided a great view out back, and lots of seating room. Kitchen had all the right appliances. Bedrooms so comfortable. Would love to stay here again.

The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we could ask for. The beds were great!!! Shower had great water pressure and HOT WATER WAS AWESOME!!!! Very close to Bethel Church and town, yet in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. We will stay here again! Thank you

Spectacular property!!

We have stayed in this property before and will continue to do so when we return to Redding. The house is immaculate and every detail well thought out. A couple of us forgot some toiletries and even those were supplied. This has become our "go to" place when visiting and fly fishing in the Redding area.

Great place. New and extremely clean. Better then expected. We do this every year and always choose this location. Great communication with the host. Thanks.

My sister and I grew up and went to CVHS. I graduated in 93' this was first time back to visit my niece who still lives in Redding. We also had chance to see some dear friends from the past. This was the perfect venue! The host is amazing, my cellular service was not working and I did not have the code to unlock the door when we arrived. Corey was immediately available to give me a new code! Thank you!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood on the edge of town. Owners have done a good job with making visitors very comfortable. Little extra touches are everywhere. My only complaint is the lack of a real BBQ which is very surprising considering it is a key to group cooking. Koku is the TV option so bring your passwords with you.

We always try to get this house for a visit. Clean, nicely done and easy to deal with, but you have to agree to the rules. Rule suit me so no problem. House is laid out nicely for a large family, and well appointed. Location is good, after all Redding isn't LA.

My group of 2 families (5 + 2) stayed overnight here on our way to Lassen Volcanic National Park. When we arrived in Redding, the temperature was a sweltering 112! We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities that the house had. It had all the comforts that anyone would want in a house. The boys kept busy with the Xbox in the entertainment room. Thank you! Most importantly, the AC kept us pretty comfortable. All rooms had ceiling fans as well. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here!

My guess is that this home was destroyed in the 2018 Carr fire and subsequently completely rebuilt. As a result it s essentially "new." Very clean, very well appointed. Nice neighborhood. Three good size bedrooms. The fourth "bedroom" is a small game-room with a convertible sofa. Our group was two guys doing some fishing in the area. It could easily work for two couples, maybe three.

When we reserved this property it fit us very well. We were able to use the 3 car garage for our hot rods for the kool April night. It was a very nice place. Very clean and a lot to do in and outside. We will plan on reserving it again next year

This is a new house. 4 years old. Very quite neighborhood. I can’t think of anything negative to say. No parking allowed on streets. Plenty of space in driveway. No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property.

Beautiful home, sparkling clean and in great/safe neighborhood. Close to all Redding has to offer.

This property deserves top marks for its cleanliness, design and all around comfort. Every need is provided for with a large, well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, a cute coffee/tea bar and access to the spotless garage! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and communication with the owner was prompt. We were in town for a fly fishing trip and it was a short drive to the river access points. Definitely recommend this house for any vacation plans in the Redding area.

The house exceeded our expectations. Our trip was a 3-day fishing trip for four friends. Everyone had their own room and bed. We all love to cook and the kitchen is amazing! Everything you need. Our favorite thing was the garage. Benches for all the gear and hooks on the walls for raincoats and waders. They thought of everything. We did not use the BBQ, but for reference, the BBQ is more like a restaurant grill. No flame, thus no charring. Great communication and easy check-in. We will return. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the property again (last time was about a year ago.) Can't say enough about how clean and comfortable the house is, and how great the property owners are. Our grandson turned 3 years old, the reason for our visit this time. He greatly enjoyed winning every game of cornhole (his rules.) When we get up to Redding we always try to get this property first. That should tell you our story, if you are thinking about stating at house.
