We loved our 2 week stay at the apartment near our children. The location was great, the apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped. The only thing I would change would be the TV service. We didn't understand ROKU and would suggest a cable TV subscription for guests.

This place was just amazing. We came to check out the city but didn't want to stay in the city. The commute to Chicago, the Navy Pier, etc, not bad at all. After our long touristy days we were able to come home and relax. The stocked kitchen was so nice because we were able to cook up some meals. Thanks so much!

Clean well-equipped apartment we rented it because one of our party of three is handicapped and we wanted him to have his own bathroom unfortunately the pipes froze in the main shower and the sink drain did not work in the other bathroom Host sent a heater but it took two days to get the shower the Apartment is well decorated and very clean we would rent it again it was just unfortunate the weather was so bad

What a wonderful, well-equipped apartment in a nice neighborhood, just outside Chicago. Closely to grocery stores and to the train to Chicago. Apartment has two beautiful bed- and bathrooms, nice kitchen and large livingroom. Free parking on the street in front of the house.

This was perfect for relaxing on a large couch in a nicely set up, clean upstairs of a whole house. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated, as was most of the whole place. Easy drive to everywhere on Evanston, plenty of on street parking and very clear instructions to check in and check out. Would love to stay here again.

The apartment was comfortable and beautifully designed. We had an extended stay and it had everything we needed. The location is great and close to parks and trails, as well as downtown Evanston.

We had a great stay at the Harvey House. The place was adorable, clean with added amenties like bottled water, Keurig cups and a fabulous backyard. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with great restaurants a short drive away. It was also just a ten minute drive to Loyola so it worked out great for moving our son to college. We would stay again.

Harvey House is an incredible home away from home. It has every conceivable convenience along with comfortable accommodations and a great location. It is the perfect place for a vacation. You can enjoy shopping, eating or site seeing in downtown Evanston or take a scenic drive down Lake Shore Drive to Chicago. Either way, you will have a great time commuting from this central location. I will be back and looking forward to my next stay at Harvey House!

The Harvey House was absolutely beautiful!!! We appreciate the care and taste that went into renovating this 1954 Flat. Every aspect of the apartment was given the utmost attention: the bedrooms, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, lighting, flooring, and sense of security. We felt right at home! We were completely satisfied with our accommodations!!! We look forward to visiting the Evanston area again and will certainly choose Harvey House for our stay!!!

If you are reading this, just book this amazing Airbnb! Every little detail is perfectly thought out and the space couldn’t be more perfect. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! The host was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed plus more! Would definitely stay here again!

“Harvey House” is, by far, one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in! Unfortunately, my original Airbnb was canceled by the host at the last minute, but I was lucky enough to find this one. April, the guest contact, was extremely helpful in accommodating me at the last minute. Shortly after booking, I received clear check-in instructions. The Airbnb itself is located on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Chicago suburb of Evanston. There is ample street parking available directly in front of the home. The apartment is spotless & has every imaginable amenity, including a modern kitchen & two modern bathrooms, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. There is a lovely living room with a Smart TV & the space is beautifully decorated and designed. Although I did not use the outside space, it was very nice and would be perfect in the warmer weather. To me, it is truly a luxurious property. Despite the suburban location, you will be in close proximity (20-30 minutes) to downtown Chicago & in even closer proximity to what Evanston/surrounding suburbs have to offer, including numerous parks & beaches along Lake Michigan, the Botanical Garden & the Baha’i Temple. For those visiting Northwestern, you are within minutes of campus. Please consider this property for your next Chicago-area trip!
