Despite the insanity of Edinburgh during the Fringe Festival, the apartment provided a wonderful respite for us during our stay.

Wow! What a fantastic find. This was the perfect place for our family of eight to spread out and relax after a day full of exploring. Plenty of things to do and see close by. Highly recommend.

The attention to detail was obvious from the moment you walk up the stairs. The property manager/ owner was easily accessible for questions or concerns. We were a 6 adult group there for golf. The large living area made it so nobody felt cramped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern .

Stunning spacious apartment
I was so surprised how big the apartment was. Stunning decor. Myself and my friends loved everything about it. Spacious bedrooms and en-suites also.
Communication with the owner was great and he answered any questions I had. We spent most of our time in the city centre which was so easy to get Ubers to and from only taking about 10 mins each time. Would highly recommend and book again!

We were a party of adults (8 in total) for a girls weekend in Edinburgh. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and spacious. The apartment is around a 10 minute taxi ride from the centre of Edinburgh, so very well located. Communication with the host was excellent - I would highly recommend stay here.

We had an amazing.weekend, taking capacity to the max with 12 adults, but still felt comfortable with the space.

Great space
Our family really enjoyed the space, the private bathrooms, comfort and fun of the flat. It was easy for seven of us to come together in the common room and be private in our bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable. Parking was pretty easy on the streets around the flat.
