The house worked perfectly for the size of our group. Everything was in good working order and the house was clean and neat.

No comments.

We did not have breakfast at Zebula itself we prepare our own meal. The view was awesome, the place was great

The only thing that we would have prefer was that the kitchen and dining room to be downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs, we are people who love to be outside, so then kitchen to far from outside.

• When we got to the premises we were unable to unlock the door - it was jammed…fortunately the maintenance Guy was there and he was able to assist after battling for a while he managed to get it open- problem is the opening from the outside • The shower in one of the bathrooms did not work – a part popped out see attached video • The back sliding glass door was cracked • The oven glass separates from the door when opened- hazard- see attached • The balustrades on the balcony at the top overlooking the boma is loose and cracked waiting an injury to happen- see attached • The round table near the fire place – leather was damaged / torn – see attached • There was no way to do a do a verification of item in kitchen – as there is an abundance of cutlery and dishes all a mic of different sizes – we noted a plate was cracked – advised the supervisor when we were leaving • The toilet closest to the entrance was leaking • The couches covered in cloth needs to be cleaned ..it is covered in dust Needs TLC

The views were amazing and we enjoyed the wildlife and scenery that Zebula provides.

When we arrived it was still in need of housekeeping. There were still items left of the previous guests. The crockery needs urgent attention as it looks like an ods and ends bin. The dishcloths can pass for floor cloths and really needs replacement. The oven door also requires repair. During loadshedding the property does not have any water. Loose toilet seat of top floor toilet. Long waiting time for reimbursement of deposit. Thankfully when the issue of housekeeping was brought under the attention of RnR (Daneel) it was addressed.

It was easy to get hold of the keys. The property is in a good location. This is a stupid thing from booking.com forcing me to write full sentences.

Directions to exact unit would be nice. More unit contents than what was listed, would've impacted planning. This is a stupid thing from booking.com forcing me to write full sentences.

Lovely large house, but in desperate need of repairs and TLC. Loads of space for the family to "hangout" and play pool. They are so concerned about the breakage deposit, but did not notice broken crockery, missing cutlery, broken oven door, broken lights, broken doors, broken balcony, broken outdoor chairs, no lamp oil so we could not use the lamps during many power cuts!

Booked through Booking.com so as not to receive any "hidden charge surprises". After paying the deposit, I received an email requesting a R5000 breakage deposit. They would not accept a credit card, had to do a bank transfer from abroad. I paid the bank charges and exchange rate (£25). I had to chase for weeks to ensure the deposit was returned. RnR took R500 off my deposit, saying I had to pay bank charges and difference in exchange rate! If they want to deal with the international market, they should be better set-up to deal with credit cards and improve their customer service.

Lovely big house with 4 lardge rooms and on suite comfortable beds fully equipped kitchen full dstv ! Perfect place for a big family or group of friends! Special thanks to kate the cleaning lady

Wonderful location, house was super well kitted out, entertainment areas and facilities at the house were excellent.

A small pool would have been wonderful with the heat.

Lots of space, well equiped, each bedroom has a bathroom...excellent place!!

There was just no space to pack groceries, but other than that it was an excellent stay...

The house was very dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere including in the bedroom.
