All very compact we were comfortable and nice and warm The price was excellent too

Very clean, comfortable and so quiet! A good place to rest while traveling. Super close to Tunnels Beach and quick access to the Otago Peninsula. Perfect communication with host.

It was a quiet location away from the downtown core. We had a rental car so easy dive into town and attractions. Good parking at the location. Close to shops for food and beer. The owner lives onsite, the rental is a free standing unit on his property. Everything you could need is provided microwave, electric kettle toaster shampoo and body wash and great internet. The bed is more comfortable than my bed at home. There is a bedroom bathroom and small but functional livingroom/kitchen.

We liked eveything. Without a car transportation would have been more of a challenge.

Comfy and warm, clean. Everything there we needed. Bathroom very great space. Internet and tv. Very safe and private place. Lots of information supplied from owner about Dunedin and surroundings. Great communication from the owner before arrival.

Bathroom could do with a heather and fan.

Arthur was a lovely host , very helpful & accomodating , everything was clean and tidy and very warm with a private outdoor area ,would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dunedin. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable .AAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++

What a wee gem. Spotless, warm and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Arthur the host is great to deal with, very responsive, lots of information in the room from great places to eat and explore.

Everything was just fine - in fact totally awesome!

The unit was lovely and comfortable. It didn't take long to heat up the place as it was cold outside. Shame it was raining as the outdoor area looked lovely. Nice and quite place.

Cozy little place. Check-in was easy as you like. Nice touch of the host Arthur to include his travel souvenirs and his journal in the room to know about him.

The washing sink was a little small which could be a problem if you have bigger stuff of your own to wash. It isn't a problem for the cutlery that is already provided though. We didn't find a fan, but didnt need it as it wasn't hot the night we stayed, so didn't bother Arthur
