The staff were friendly

Food was good. Pool was great.

No night lights in room.

The staff were fantastic and very obliging. When I did have an issue with the air conditioning they tried to rectify it straight away.

Breakfast was good but I think $8 for a cappucino or a latte is very expensive especially as you have to add the tax and then tip. Also there is not enough storage in the bathroom for our amenties or in the bedroom for our clothes.

The location was great. Size of the room we had was good. Room was clean.

The room was so loud. We were "upgraded" to a room overlooking Ocean Drive but it was right above the restaurant and didn't quieten down until 1:30am every morning. Would have preferred our original room in the tower.

The hotel's location is very great, just across the street from the beach. The staff are nice and the room rates are quite reasonable. I booked a Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, but when I arrived, I was given an Oceanfront King Oasis Suite (1 King bed + 1 sofa bed). I understand that the hotel upgraded my room because the latter seems more expensive, but actually the sofa bed is not as comfortable as a regular bed. There is valet parking, or you can park at a municipal parking lot one block away for $20 per night. Compared to the $50 or $60 parking fees in Miami, this is quite good.

There were stains on the sheets and towels. Additionally, there are dining and bar facilities downstairs, so if your room is on a lower floor, it can be a bit noisy at night.

The position of the Hotel was good. That's was unfortunately the only positive thing.

very arrogant staff at the reception. . The room maid in the morning was very loud and closed the doors very loudly. and that the walls are very thin, you could hear it very clearly. The room decor seemed new but was already heavily used, if you look closely.
